Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Scrum Master to lead agile project teams in delivering innovative enterprise software solutions. Responsibilities
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and review meetings to promote transparency and team alignment.
- Remove impediments that hinder team progress by collaborating with stakeholders and internal teams.
- Coach teams on Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) to enhance productivity and delivery quality.
- Manage project timelines using tools like Jira, VersionOne, Microsoft Project, and SharePoint to ensure timely delivery of features and releases.
- Collaborate with product owners to prioritize backlogs, define user stories, and develop test cases for user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Support the integration of cloud computing platforms like AWS into project workflows for scalable enterprise solutions.
- Lead release management activities including planning, scheduling, and coordinating deployments across IT infrastructure environments.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile project management role within enterprise software development.
- Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), IT governance standards, and project management methodologies such as PMBOK and Waterfall.
- Hands-on experience with Agile tools including Jira, VersionOne, TFS (Team Foundation Server), Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Visio, and SharePoint.
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms like AWS and cloud-based enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with databases such as SQL and Oracle for requirements gathering and analysis skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously using project scheduling techniques.
- Exceptional communication skills to facilitate stakeholder engagement across diverse teams and leadership levels.
- Ability to lead user acceptance testing (UAT), coordinate disaster recovery plans, and support project implementation efforts effectively.
