Scrum Master

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate all Agile ceremonies including Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives to ensure productive and aligned teams.
• Support and guide teams through Program Increment (PI) Planning and execution, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Identify, escalate, and remove impediments to maintain workflow and team productivity.
• Coach teams on Agile best practices, Scrum principles, and SAFe methodologies to promote a strong Agile mindset.
• Foster open transparency and effective collaboration across teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
• Contribute to continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and team satisfaction.
  
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
• Hands-on experience facilitating PI Planning events within SAFe or similar frameworks.
• Strong servant leadership skills with the ability to motivate and influence teams.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proficiency in Agile tools and platforms (e.g., Jira, Rally, VersionOne).
