Scrum Master – Contract / Contract-to-Hire

📍 Cleveland, OH (Fully Onsite)

We’re working with a large enterprise client on a Scrum Master opening supporting their Devices team—an innovative group focused on blending software, devices, and real-world automotive applications.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a hands-on Agile environment and bringing structure to teams that are building both software and hardware-integrated solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retros, etc.)
• Partner with the Product Owner to groom and prioritize the backlog
• Ensure dependencies are identified and communicated across teams
• Help bring structure and consistency to a fast-moving Agile environment
• Support 1–2 development teams , potentially across multiple pods
• Act as the point person for team organization, alignment, and delivery

About the Team / Project

You’ll be supporting a device-focused team responsible for:

• Building middleware and software that powers automotive paint mixing
• Integrating devices like scales and cameras for precision color matching
• Enabling systems that determine paint formulas, quantities, and recalibration
• Ensuring hardware integrates seamlessly with Windows-based systems

Tech environment includes:

• .NET / C#
• Next.js (frontend)
• Jira & Confluence

What They’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile facilitator
• Strong experience with Jira and Confluence
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and team dependencies
• Someone who can balance personalities, keep teams aligned, and stay organized
• Comfortable working in an environment that is Agile but not overly rigid

Nice to Have

• SAFe certification (not required)
