Title: Senior Scrum Master

Location: Charlotte, NC

Duration: 12 months

Schedule - 5 days on-site

Work Engagement: W2

Summary:

In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Scrum or Agile. Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Scrum Master challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.

Responsibilities:

• Will facilitate daily stand up meetings with team.
• Will participate in Scrum planning and Scrum review meetings.
• Will facilitate Scrum ceremonies.
• Utilize JIRA and ServiceNow
  
  

Qualifications:

• Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
• 5+ years of Scrum, Kanban & Scaled Agile Framework (SAFE)
• Strong JIRA experience
• Experience in Agile environment
• Strong communication skills
• Previous WF experience is a plus
• ServiceNow experience is a plus
