Scrum Master Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum values and practices.
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Remove impediments and blockers to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Support the Product Owner in managing the product backlog, refining user stories, and ensuring clarity of requirements.
• Coach the team on Agile/Scrum principles, helping them improve efficiency, collaboration, and ownership.
• Promote a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous learning.
• Monitor and track sprint progress using Agile tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, etc.).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership to maintain alignment and clear communication.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and process gaps, and propose improvements.
• Lead Agile maturity initiatives across teams to enhance delivery performance.
• Ensure that Agile metrics (velocity, burn-down charts, sprint reports) are tracked and communicated effectively.
• Support the team in adopting DevOps practices and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) workflows when applicable.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Lead.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with Agile management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Asana, etc.).
• Excellent communication, facilitation, conflict resolution, and coaching skills.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and priorities effectively.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, or equivalent Agile certification.
• Experience with SAFe, Kanban, or Lean methodologies.
• Background in software development or technical environments.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms.
