Scrum Master / Technical Project Manager
Location: Remote, India. Timings: 3:30pm – 12:00am IST.
12-Month Contract | $2,298.62/month USD
Our client, a leading SaaS company headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area, is seeking a Scrum Master / Technical Project Manager, to help guide key initiatives within our client's engineering and networking teams. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in both Scrum and project management, with experience in technical projects—particularly those involving Microsoft, Okta, and other SaaS products and endpoints.
In this role, you will be a key player in driving projects forward, supporting team members, and ensuring the successful delivery of technical solutions in a fast‑paced environment.
Your Impact

Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects, ensuring they are on time and within scope.

Serve as the Scrum Master for engineering teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Promote and coach teams on Agile best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

Help identify and remove impediments, manage risks, and resolve issues to ensure project success.

Clearly communicate project updates, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and team members.

Assist in creating department presentations, dashboards, status updates, and roadmaps.

Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, communication plans, and status reports.

Assist in submitting requisitions in procurement systems.

Support and help guide team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
Your Experience

2+ years of experience in a project management or Scrum Master role within a corporate IT or engineering environment.

Solid experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban); familiarity with the SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) is a plus.

Experience in an engineering or IT support role, specifically providing support for Microsoft products and endpoints.

Hands‑on experience with core Microsoft technologies, including M365, Azure, SharePoint, Exchange Online, and Intune.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a results‑driven orientation.

Strong communication, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills.

Experience managing ticket queues and collaborating with operations teams to ensure timely remediation of issues.

BA or BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent level of professional experience.
