Scrum Master (User Experience)

The Senior Scrum Master will oversee efficient delivery of digital initiatives by enabling high-performing agile teams, ensuring disciplined sprint execution, and driving continuous improvement. The role is accountable for maintaining strong delivery velocity, proactive risk management, and clear alignment between stakeholders and the design/development teams across App and Web convergence programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize all agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Maintain an accurate JIRA board and dashboards, reflecting real-time progress, blockers, and dependencies
• Own delivery analytics including sprint velocity, burndown, backlog health, and risk tracking
• Prepare weekly delivery reports and facilitate sprint demos for senior stakeholders
• Act as the key interface between Product Owners and other stakeholders to ensure delivery priorities and UX roadmap alignment
• Maintain risk, dependency, and issue logs with defined mitigation actions; escalate critical blockers to leadership
• Capture and implement improvement actions from retrospectives to enhance delivery discipline and team performance
• Coach engineers, designers, and product owners on agile principles, Definition of Ready (DoR), and Definition of Done (DoD)
• Champion a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
• 6+ years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent product or platform workstreams
• Strong command of agile frameworks and delivery governance
• Expertise in JIRA and agile reporting dashboards
• Proven stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills
• Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP) preferred
• Experience supporting digital product, UX, or mobile/web development teams
