Scrum Master/Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the product roadmap for both consumer and partner apps.
• Lead project delivery by setting scope, timelines, and budgets for multiple initiatives.
• Facilitate all Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback sessions to inform product strategy.
• Proactively track project progress, managing risks and removing blockers using tools like Jira.
• Coordinate between technical, design, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Work with engineers on scalable, high-performance mobile, web, and backend solutions.
• Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for both demand (e.g., bookings, retention) and supply (e.g., reliability, churn).
• Generate project reports and communicate status to executives and stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in tech project management, with at least 3 years as a hands-on Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
• Skills: Proven proficiency in Agile project management tools like Jira. A strong understanding of mobile apps, APIs, payments, and analytics is essential.
• Leadership: Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation skills, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Certification: A relevant Agile certification, such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or PMP, is a plus.
• Domain Expertise: Prior experience in consumer tech, marketplaces, or on-demand service companies is highly preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹110,000.00 per month
