We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master who can drive agile best practices, support high-performing teams, and ensure smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Act as a servant leader for one or more Scrum teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and Agile best practices.
• Remove impediments and blockers impacting team productivity and delivery.
• Work closely with Product Owners to manage and refine product backlogs.
• Coach team members on Agile values, Scrum framework, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure transparency by maintaining Agile artifacts such as sprint backlogs, burn-down charts, and velocity reports.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, QA, and stakeholders.
• Track sprint progress and report risks, dependencies, and delivery status to management.
• Foster a collaborative, self-organizing, and high-performing team environment.
• Support multiple projects and stakeholders, especially for international clients.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience working as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum methodologies.
• Hands-on experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and managing Agile teams.
• Experience working with tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar.
• Ability to manage multiple teams or projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivery and team health.

Nice to Have

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, or SAFe certification.
• Experience working with distributed or remote teams.
• Background in software development.
• Experience in scaling Agile across teams or organizations.
• Familiarity with Agile metrics and reporting for leadership.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
