As an Enterprise SDR, your focus will be on engaging with large organizations and
securing meetings with key decision-makers within our target accounts. You ll be
responsible for driving account-based outreach strategies, conducting in-depth
research to identify the right contacts, and ensuring that company is positioned as a
trusted partner in their digital transformation journey. This role requires strong
relationship-building, strategic thinking, and persistence to navigate complex
account structures and unlock opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Account research and mapping: Identify key stakeholders within target accounts, including decision-makers, influencers, and champions.
- Tailored outreach: Develop personalized strategies for each account, leveraging insights about their business, industry, and priorities.
- Building relationships: Engage with prospects at all levels to understand their needs and establish strong relationships
- Securing meetings: Schedule and confirm meetings with high-value accounts for Sales Executives, ensuring alignment on their goals and challenges.
- Coordinating with Enterprise Sales: Work closely with the Enterprise sales team to share account insights, track progress, and refine strategies.
- Follow-up: Ensure consistent communication to nurture relationships and maintain momentum within accounts.
Qualifications:
- A love for sales
- 1-3 years of experience in sales or customer service
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients
- Knowledge of cold-calling sales techniques and strategies
- Time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
