Sea Logistics Export Operations

We’re looking for a professional who can take ownership of the entire export shipment journey and deliver operational excellence at every stage. The ideal candidate has experience coordinating transport arrangements, securing bookings, and keeping documentation flawless to ensure a seamless, high‑quality experience for our customers. This position is based in Alexandria.

• Manage export sea freight operations, including carrier bookings, documentation preparation, and accurate data entry across systems.
• Partner closely with Customer Care teams to ensure requirements are met with speed, quality, and transparency.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers, vendors, and suppliers to secure reliable and cost‑efficient solutions.
• Support supplier onboarding, contract management, and performance monitoring, including adherence to SLAs and issue escalation.
• Ensure timely and accurate billing, invoice verification, and financial data entry in line with internal guidelines.
• Monitor operational KPIs, analyze performance reports, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with sea transport regulations, internal procedures, and national requirements while supporting risk‑management and contingency planning.

• At least 2 years in sea freight operations in the transport and logistics sector, with a focus on export shipments.
• Foundational knowledge of freight forwarding regulations, market dynamics, and carrier relationships.
• Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced setting.
• A customer‑focused mindset, proactive problem‑solving abilities, and openness to learning and continuous improvement.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
