The Seafreight Operational Care Specialist is responsible for ensuring that our internal customers’ experience is a positive one every time they engage with the Operational Care Center. Specifically, the Operational Service Representative is part of a team within Operational Care Center (OCC), who are responsible for direct interaction with CCL’s – Customer Care Locations, proactive customer service, problem solving, follow-up, interaction with our customer service collegues.

How you create impact

• Enter and manage shipment details, container files, and pickup arrangements in internal systems.
• Liaise with customer care, carriers, and haulers to ensure smooth export operations and account transitions.
• Verify shipping instructions for alignment with country regulations, export compliance, and routing requirements.
• Track carrier/vendor performance, resolve rate discrepancies, and report operational issues to management.
• Follow company policies and management systems, fulfill emergency team responsibilities, and carry out tasks delegated by top management.

• Proven experience in sea freight operations and import documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance and meticulous record keeping.
• Strong interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively across global teams and engage with customers through various communication channels.
• Demonstrated capability to challenge existing procedures, drive cost control initiatives, and analyze KPIs for continuous process optimization.
• Skilled in utilizing core logistics platforms and tools, with experience in maintaining business profiles and internal documentation systems like Wiki.
• Fluent in English and Turkish language.
