You will be part of our Sea Logistics team, adding your leadership expertise + skills to the delivery of growth + customer base.

You will be responsible for steering + leveraging the capabilities of your direct team, sales channels + our network by focusing on customer engagement, satisfaction + reactivation of customers through high levels of service quality.

How you create impact


You will do this by working with a variety of internal + external stakeholders while focusing on the following key objectives:

  • To develop strategies + plans for assigned trade lane to generate revenue + increase client base.
  • To conduct regular conversations with all direct reports to discuss + ensure traction on delivering performance + development goals.
  • To conduct market research on various business opportunities + create proposals, ensuring that the correct pricing + solutions are implemented.
  • To lead + drive the development of new business, while growing existing accounts to their full potential.
  • To conduct daily + weekly stand-up meetings with your team to identify + resolve business issues.
  • To own, monitor + drive all sales activities of customers within your control, ensuring prospects are identified, qualified + nurtured through the sales pipeline to close profitable + sustainable customer deals.
  • To provide support during sales calls + create customer-specific value propositions.
  • To provide up-to-date market + pricing information to stakeholders, setting pricing bands in line with local conditions + yield targets.

What we would like you to bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in sea logistics or trade lane management.
  • Strong knowledge of sea freight operations and international trade.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth and expand customer base.
  • Skilled in pricing strategies, market research, and proposal creation.
  • Experience with CRM tools and managing a structured sales pipeline.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams.
  • Effective communicator, capable of building strong internal and client relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to make data-driven strategic decisions.
  • Willingness to travel and proficiency in English.
