seamstress/ Tailor

Key Responsibilities

• Construct, assemble, and finish luxury garments according to bespoke and couture standards
• Perform precise hand-sewing, stitching, hemming, and detailed finishing work
• Execute alterations and fittings with absolute accuracy and care
• Work with delicate and premium fabrics including silk, cashmere, wool, lace, and couture textiles
• Follow patterns, design specifications, and tailoring instructions meticulously
• Maintain consistency in craftsmanship, quality, and finishing standards
• Support fittings and adjustments as required by the tailoring team
• Ensure garments are completed within agreed timelines without compromising quality
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional atelier environment
• Handle garments with discretion and confidentiality, respecting client privacy

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a seamstress in luxury, couture, or bespoke tailoring
• Strong expertise in hand stitching and fine finishing techniques
• Proficient in operating industrial and high-precision sewing machines
• Experience working with premium and delicate fabrics
• Strong understanding of garment construction and alterations
• High attention to detail and craftsmanship excellence
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain consistency
• Prior experience serving VIP or UHNWI clientele is a strong advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
