TAILORING MANAGER

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end bespoke and high-end tailoring operations, from consultation to final delivery
• Personally manage relationships with UHNWI and VIP clients, offering discreet, white-glove service
• Conduct expert fittings, measurements, and style consultations with absolute precision
• Ensure flawless craftsmanship, superior fabric selection, and impeccable finishing standards
• Lead, mentor, and manage master tailors, cutters, and artisans to uphold luxury quality benchmarks
• Collaborate closely with designers, fabric houses, and suppliers to curate exclusive materials
• Maintain strict confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion at all times
• Monitor production timelines, alterations, and quality control to ensure perfection in every piece
• Stay current with global luxury tailoring trends, heritage techniques, and contemporary innovations
• Represent the brand’s image of sophistication, heritage, and exclusivity in all client interactions

Requirements & Experience

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in bespoke or ultra-luxury tailoring
• Proven experience working directly with UHNWI / HNWI clientele
• Deep expertise in men’s and/or women’s bespoke tailoring, couture, and luxury fabrics
• Exceptional fitting, cutting, and garment construction knowledge
• Strong leadership and atelier management experience
• Impeccable grooming, presentation, and communication skills
• Absolute discretion and understanding of elite client expectations
• Multilingual skills are an advantage
• Willingness to travel for private fittings or exclusive client engagements

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
