About the Role

Vantage Markets is seeking an experienced SEO Manager – MENA to lead our search engine optimisation strategy across the Middle East and North Africa. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving organic visibility and qualified traffic across English and Arabic sites, ensuring compliance with financial regulations while delivering measurable business growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the MENA SEO roadmap across Arabic and English websites.
• Conduct technical SEO audits covering crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, internal linking, redirects, schemas, and hreflang (including RTL requirements).
• Implement effective on-page optimisation, including keyword clustering, metadata, content briefs, headings, internal linking, and UX improvements.
• Manage content localisation and quality assurance to ensure accurate Arabic ↔ English translation, compliant terminology, and consistent tone.
• Track performance using GSC, Semrush, GA4, and Looker Studio, and present monthly SEO reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Compliance, Web Development) to prioritise SEO initiatives and resolve blockers.
• Explore AI-powered tools for keyword research, clustering, and internal linking, ensuring compliance with accuracy and E-E-A-T standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of proven SEO experience (technical and on-page) with multi-language sites.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and verbal).
• Demonstrated success in growing traffic, improving rankings, and expanding keyword visibility.
• Strong knowledge of Semrush, GSC, GA4, Screaming Frog, Looker Studio, and GTM; familiarity with SQL or Python is an advantage.
• Expertise in hreflang, multilingual SEO, and Arabic morphology/keywords.
• Understanding of YMYL/E-E-A-T principles and experience working with Legal/Compliance teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical audits into clear business outcomes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in CFD/FX, fintech, or regulated industries.
• Knowledge of schema markup, Core Web Vitals optimisation, and programmatic SEO.
• Aware of regional search behaviours and seasonality, particularly in the Gulf (e.g., Ramadan).
