Location: Gulshan Iqbal, Block 10-A

Pay: 50,000 PKR/Month

Timing: 9:00 pm - 6:00 am

Your Core Responsibilities

Technical SEO

● Implement and review schema and structured data.

● Monitor and enhance Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP).

● Diagnose and resolve issues in Google Search Console.

● Address issues related to indexing, crawling, and JavaScript SEO.

● Conduct technical SEO audits and develop clear remediation plans.

● Collaborate with developers to improve page speed and performance.

Off-Page SEO

● Execute and manage ethical outreach strategies.

● Balance strategic planning with effective execution.

● Handle local citations and ensure NAP consistency.

● Manage guest posting opportunities and track brand mentions.

● Build and maintain high-quality backlinks, prioritizing quality over quantity.

● Conduct competitor backlink analysis to identify potential link opportunities.

What Success Looks Like

● SEO-compliant migrations to prevent traffic loss.

● Proactive detection of SEO risks and potential opportunities.

● Enhanced Core Web Vitals and overall technical performance.

● Improved domain authority alongside a stronger backlink profile.

● Streamlined Google Search Console with reduced unresolved issues.

Skills & Experience We’re Looking For

● SEO Specialist with at least 1-2 years of hands-on experience in technical SEO and off- page SEO

● Experience with optimizing Core Web Vitals

● Ability to manage a diverse portfolio of websites

● Practical knowledge of off-page SEO and link building

● Strong understanding of technical SEO fundamentals

● Comfortable collaborating with developers and content teams

● Growth mindset and a willingness to learn advanced SEO concepts

Tools You Should Be Comfortable With

● Google Analytics

● Ahrefs or SEMrush

● Google Search Console

● PageSpeed Insights / Lighthouse
