Role Overview
As the SEO Team Lead, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our SEO strategy. You will manage a team of SEO professionals and work closely with content, development, and marketing teams to drive organic traffic, improve SERP rankings, and meet business objectives.Key Responsibilities
Develop and lead the overall SEO strategy (technical SEO, on-page, off-page).
Manage and mentor a team of SEO specialists and analysts.
Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and performance audits.
Collaborate with content creators and developers to implement SEO best practices.
Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry developments.
Identify growth opportunities and ensure ROI on all SEO initiatives.
Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management.

Required Qualifications
2-3 years of hands-on SEO experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
Deep understanding of Google algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
Experience with technical SEO (crawlability, indexing, page speed, schema markup, etc.).
Proficiency with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Google Analytics).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience working cross-functionally with dev and content teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in international/multilingual SEO.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Previous experience in [industry/vertical, if relevant].
Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or HubSpot.
