The BIM Coordinator will report to the Design Manager and will work on the creation of accurate and detailed 2D drawings and 3D BIM models for busbar routes for commercial and data center buildings. This role will collaborate very closely with mechanical design engineers, project managers and manufacturing teams to ensure designs are compliant to agency and industry standards in addition to customer requirements. 
RESPONSIBILITIES
<ul><li>Receive instruction from Design Manager and prepare busbar layout 3D model and 2D shop drawings based on project requirement in accordance with Tender, Specification, Drawing delivery dates etc.
</li><li>Conduct review meetings on each step of project execution with relevant members from Project team to ensure the customer requirements are met.
</li><li>Keep a track and communicate BOQ changes to Design Manager and relevant project team.

EGIS is seeking a highly skilled Structures BIM Designer with a strong modelling more specifically parametric model to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will be creating BIM models of complex projects i.e. bridges, tunnels, civil structures, viaducts and other linear &amp; vertical structures.
Responsibilities<ul><li>
Support the BIM Coordinator and Project Delivery Team(s) in day-to-day BIM implementation activities.</li><li>
Develop 3D/2D dimensional models required for drawing preparation, clash reporting and presentation aligned with the project LOD requirements and modeling standards.</li><li>
Extract 3D models for clash analysis, schedule review and QS.</li><li>
