Now, we're looking for a passionate Technical Artist to join our dynamic team. This is an on-site role, where you will be working 5 days a week from our office in Levent.

Responsibilities<ul>
<li>
Work closely with the art, development, and product teams to create optimized, high-quality visual assets and tools.</li>
<li>Implement weapons, characters, UI, and various other assets into the game.</li>
<li>Develop editor tools to automate and streamline workflows.</li>
<li>Design and optimize visually stunning VFX for our titles.</li>
<li>Animate and enhance in-game elements with engaging effects and polish.</li>
<li>Establish and promote technical best practices across the team.</li>
<li>Assist in troubleshooting and debugging visual and performance issues for mobile platforms.</li>
<li>Create and thoroughly test new tools before deploying them into production.</li>
</ul>
Requirements<ul>
<li>
Proficiency in C# for both editor and runtime development in Unity 3D.</li>
<li>Ability to develop custom tools and scripts to improve workflows (Python, MEL, or other scripting languages is a plus).</li>
<li>Experience with HLSL (Shader Graph and other shader editors are also welcome).</li>
<li>Knowledge of 3D mobile game performance optimization techniques to ensure the best player experience.</li>
<li>Knowledge of VFX pipelines and experience with particle systems, fluid simulations, or procedural effects.</li>
<li>Experience with Substance Designer or Adobe Photoshop for creating custom VFX textures.</li>
<li>Familiarity with industry-standard 3D software packages.</li>
<li>Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile team.</li>
<li>Proactive, self-motivated, and well-organized.</li>
