 Qualifications (Academic, Training, Languages)

 Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in MS Office applications (Advanced Excel is a must) and any accounting software
 
 
 </li>

 Work Experience

 4 to 6 years of experience in finance &amp; accounting, shared services environments preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reconciliation processes, and industry best practices.

 Exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving abilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams across multiple locations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working with client SLAs and achieving high compliance with deadlines and quality standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience in identifying and implementing process improvements within financial operations.
