Overview of the role

Lead a high&#8209;volume Toyota service centre to deliver outstanding customer experiences while owning revenue, gross margin and branch P&amp;L. You&rsquo;ll set the pace for operational excellence, champion Kaizen, and raise Net Promoter Score and &ldquo;Fix It Right&rdquo; performance across the Toyota Retail Aftersales network. 


What you will do

<li>Drive branch performance to meet sold&#8209;hours, revenue, accessory/SMC sales and recovery&#8209;rate targets, reflected in monthly P&amp;L.</li>
<li>Optimize capacity, utilization and productivity to deliver Total Quality Management (TQM) and improve service retention, NPS and Fix It Right scores.</li>
<li>Ensure full compliance with local government, principal policies and HSSE standards; uphold Toyota Corporate Image across the facility.</li>
<li>Build and coach a high&#8209;performing team: performance management, training plans, OJT and individual development plans to lift engagement. [</li>

Required skills to be successful

<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Engineering (preferably Automotive) or Business Management (or equivalent).</li>
<li>10+ years with automotive dealerships, including 5+ years in aftersales at managerial level.</li>

 The Fleet Aftersales Key Account Manager is responsible for leading all post-sales service and parts operations for large and SME fleet customers. <ul><li>Evaluate labour and parts line items in service orders, splitting them into appropriate accounts and raising Proforma invoices</li><li>Apply discounts in consultation with the Aftersales Manager and ensure proper accounting of parts issued</li><li>Raise Local Purchase Orders (LPOs) for sublets and bought-out items, process payments, and follow up on open LPOs</li><li>Compile incentive and overtime summaries for direct and non-direct productive staff.</li><li>Ensure timely closing of orders by obtaining relevant approvals and monitor unreleased orders</li><li>Provide administrative support to the Service Manager, including coordination of stationery requirements and attendance recording</li></ul></div><div> 
 
Required skills to be successful 
<ul><li>Graduate or Diploma in any discipline</li><li>2 to 3 years of overall experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in the automotive industry preferred</li><li>Basic technical knowledge, computer proficiency, and accounting skills</li><li>Honest, responsible, able to work under pressure, culturally sensitive, and a team player</li></ul></div>

You will be part of the Aftersales department, working closely with the Aftersales Manager and other team members to ensure the smooth operation of our service centre. The team is committed to providing excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
