</div>Air Law Expert (OPAS) will be under the direct leadership and supervision of the Aviation Consulting Manger at the General Legal Department within GACA which is under the President Oversight. </div>The cooperation provided under the SAU22801 Project aims to reinforce GACA's capacity to provide safe, efficient, and cost-effective civil aviation services through the input of ICAO Advisers and Consultants in specialized disciplines to: address specific problems arising from the introduction of new technologies; develop manpower and training plan, as well as a career progression plan, which will provide sound guidance for management decisions affecting the hiring, training, promotion and retention of its highly trained personnel.
The incumbent of the position facilitates the implementation of ICAO requirements in air law and associated guidance material including audit, oversight, and inspection of service providers certified in accordance with GACA requirements.

The HAWK Depot Test Equipment (DTE) Technician plays a critical role within the Hawk Patriot Sustainment Contract (HPSC) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). The role also involves analyzing Repair and Return (R&amp;R) materials and replenishment procedures, making recommendations to management to optimize processes and enhance operational readiness. Additionally, the analyst contributes to on-the-job training (OJT) initiatives to share expertise and foster professional development within the team. By performing these critical tasks, the Patriot Data Research Analyst ensures the effective management of inventory and the sustainment of RSADF systems. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence in inventory and data management.
This position is based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
What You Will Do<ul><li>
Review and confirm the materials in the inventory control point stock and the materials</li></ul>
received under requisitions and spare parts orders to replenish shortage.<ul><li>
Maintain master inventory records file.</li><li>
Assists in stock-gathering activities and decisions about the possibility of substitution and</li></ul>
Exchange.<ul><li>
Assist in the preparation of spare parts database requirements and the subsequent inventory,</li></ul>
analysis and research.<ul><li>
Participate in On-the-Job Training (OJT) when needed.</li><li>
Review and prepare responses to problem reports with spare parts to replenish shortage</li></ul>
from suppliers.<ul><li>
Analyzes and makes recommendations to management for Repair and Return (R&amp;R)</li></ul>

Qualifications You Must Have<ul><li>
Diploma in Logistics or Supply from an accredited foreign or local college or institute.</li><li>
Minimum of two (2) years prior experience in Logistics or Supply or compatible experience in the operation of industrial and military supply activities.</li><li>
Able to explain and interpret technical manuals and drawings as they apply to supply activities.</li><li>
Proficient in the use of computer and database.</li><li>
Proficient in spoken and written English.</li><li>
Must be able to work independently.</li></ul>
