</li><li>Identify supply requirements and prepare necessary documentation for purchase.

</li><li>Monitor all OCN staff associated with the department and if needed other departments.
</li><li>Inventory, administrative functions, item checkout and check-in, stock returns, tracking overdue notice items and issuing overdue notices for all assets.

   Ensure a 120-day look ahead calendar of events for all recreational activities maintained, executed and reported to COR monthly.

   Assist with coordinating all arriving entertainer schedules and needs inclusive of lodging, host nation requirements, set-up and teardown.

   Identify supply requirements and prepare necessary documentation for purchase.
  </li>

   Assist with other facilities or departments as needed to ensure mission success.
  </li>

   Monitor all OCN/LN staff performance and provide the necessary training to perform the assigned duties to meet the customer requirements

   Assist in professional industry standard marketing material with no more than two (2) defects per month.

   During Marketing Coordinator&rsquo;s absence, act as back up to ensure below marketing objectives maintained:

    Meet 48-hour turnaround on normal marketing material and products.
   </li>

    Meet short notice turn-around times as short as one hour with no mor than two (2) defects per month.
   </li>
   <li>
    Maintain, advertise and submit events on the EFSS Marketing Channel.

   <li>
    Ensure all trips and tour inquiries receive a response within 12 hours of receipt.
   </li>
   <li>
    Coordinate and ensure effective transportation in support of the tour.
   </li>
   <li>
    Meet all established deadlines for daily, weekly, and monthly publications as required by the PWS.
   </li>
   <li>
    Design, print, distribute and remove all appropriate material for programs and events.
   </li>

    Prepare all marketing supply requirements through identified documents and/or requisitions.

   High school diploma or GED.

   Minimum of one (1) years of experience in recreational programs, fitness center operations, learning resource center operations, community activity operations, theatre operations.

   At least one (1) year of experience developing graphics for marketing, publicity and/or advertising using Microsoft and other related programs.
  </li>
  <li>
   Intermediate knowledge of updating apps, on-line newsletters, Intranet applications, and SharePoint.
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience with professional plotters. (Preferred)
  </li>
  <li>
   Knowledge of regulations and rules of play regarding any weekly recreational activity or tournament hosted.

   Food and Beverage Handler&rsquo;s Course Certificate

1. Examine vehicle, assesses work and performs additional diagnosis if necessary. Undertakes difficult repair work. re-builds and re-installs assemblies after ensuring correct functioning.<br>
2. Receive job card with basic instructions of work requested from Team Leader, Service.<br>
3. Examine vehicle, tears down failed assemblies in order to determine location, extent the nature of defective area and informs Team Leader, Service of an additional diagnosis to be added in the job card.<br>
4. Plan necessary work and determines new parts or machining operations needs and initiates through Team Leader, Service.<br>
5. Undertake difficult repair work on a variety of mechanisms (engine, transmissions, suspensions, etc...)<br>
6. Re-build major assemblies making a variety of precision measurements (piston clearance) and adjustments (bearing pre-load) in the process.<br>
7. Re-install assemblies in vehicles and conducts initial operating inspection.<br>
8. Report actual time work of each job card through &quot;The Service Management System&quot;.<br>
9. Use all hand tools, gadgets, and gauges, portable and stationery equipment, lift etc. maintains cleanliness of tools, equipment and work area.<br>
