Maintenance Mechanic - ATGHS (USN)

<div>The Site Manager is responsible for meeting Contractor&rsquo;s work requirements, including scheduling of personnel, work supervision, and quality control for all tasks associated with this Task Order. The Site Manager shall have full authority to act for the Contractor on all task order matters relating to daily operation of this contract. 
Essential Responsibilities: 
Provides direction and leadership to assigned personnel. Manages and coordinates research and investigations into business problems. Provides guidance and assistance relative to operating problems and projects. Provides senior technical support to customers. Performs all other position related duties as assigned or requested. 
 
Minimum Position Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:<ul>

<div>As the Lodging Logistics/Lead Maintenance Tech , you will support logistics services inclusive of water supply, lodging furniture moves, lodging personnel logistics (reservations) and in-processing/out-processing of personnel housed at AASAB.
For logistics support of water, you are responsible for receipt and delivery of water pallets, managing inventory levels, and providing ready-to-order document for re-stocking requirements.
In support of lodging furniture, you are responsible for storage, ordering, inventory, assembly &amp; breakdown, installation, and removal &amp; delivery of lodging furniture. Lodging furniture includes bed frames, refrigerators, dehumidifiers, nightstands, wall lockers and other related lodging furniture.
Other duties may be assigned inclusive of assisting with other lodging duties inclusive of reservations, in-processing, out-processing of personnel lodged at AASAB. Other duties will also include placing work orders upon customer request for lodging facilities.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
<ul><li>Store, inventory, order, assemble, breakdown, remove, deliver, and install furniture, refrigerators, dehumidifiers, beds and other lodging related items in lodging rooms with no more than two (2) discrepancies per month.
</li><li>Maintain full inventory of lodging items in the storage facilities in an orderly manner with a system in place to account for all items with no more than two (2) discrepancies per month.
</li><li>Provide Water Delivery Services between the hours of 0700-1900 Sunday through Friday as needed to maintain minimum water supply levels at all distribution points. During hotter months delivery hours will be 0300-1500.
</li><li>Responsible for delivery of water; responding to individual delivery requests; managing inventory levels; and providing a ready-to-order document to the Government for re-stocking requirements. You shall manage the water within the Class I storage area.
</li><li>The estimated amount of water delivered to the base is approximately (96 pallets) per week. You shall deliver approximately 15-20 pallets per day to designated drop points.
</li><li>Meet delivery trucks at the front gate and provide a USN Monitor of LNs/OCNs for the water delivery vehicles to one of the 3 water storage areas to ensure the water delivery contractor is fully always escorted. You will ensure the delivery trucks are fully escorted off the base after each water delivery has been completed. No escorting discrepancies are allowed per month.
</li><li>Rotate the water pallets using the first in/first out method after each water delivery.
</li><li>Verify that no damage has occurred during delivery and after each pallet has been downloaded.
</li><li>Check that the shrink wrap integrity has been maintained for future pallet deliveries
</li></ul><ul><li>Monitor and respond to emails or phone calls from requestors asking for pickup or delivery of water pallets for all the facilities at ADAB. Deliver water to / pickup water from each requested location within 24 hours after initial customer notification/request. Perform service with no more than two (2) late deliveries or pickups each month. Monitor and respond to emails or phone calls from requestors asking for pickup or delivery of water pallets for all the facilities at location. Requests received before 0900 hrs. will be delivered on the same day. All requests must occur within 24 hours of the scheduled time or time of request.
</li></ul><ul><li>Responsible for general cleanliness and trash removal, (cardboard, shrink wrap, etc.) from water delivery points to the appropriate dumpster. Collect empty water pallets and return to the vendor at the water storage areas daily.

Lodging Logistics/Lead Maintenance Tech

<div>The Logistics Technician will provide continuity, planning, accountability, and reporting of deployed expeditionary assets and accountable tools, equipment, and commodities. Conduct monthly inventory of WRM equipment &amp; consumables, MRSP kits physically present on-site. Flexibility to accommodate variations in the workload, augmentation to military supply functions at multiple Air Force Central Command (AFCENT) locations in Southwest Asia.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
<ul><li>The BEAR Logistics Technician shall be a USN and have a minimum of two years&rsquo; experience
</li><li>The BEAR Logistics Technician is responsible for meeting work requirements, safety, quality tasks associated with Task Order
</li><li>Track accountable tools and shop equipment for the Civil Engineer (CE) shops (list maintained on an ECES R-14 accountability report) and the non-equipment consumable listed items The inventory efforts will assist Civil Engineer (CE) shops by ensuring accountable items are available when needed.
</li><li>Experienced with automated inventory equipment (barcode scanner, laptop computer, software, and tags).
</li><li>Conduct monthly inventory of Harvest Falcon equipment, MRSP kits physically present on-site and non-equipment consumable listed items physically present on-site
</li><li>Annotate all shipments, receipts, and transfers to DLA Disposition Services on the current month&rsquo;s inventory
</li><li>Research and document missing items
</li><li>Coordinate receipt and pickup of inbound Harvest Falcon equipment and non-equipment consumable items
</li><li>Ensure proper procedures are used to replace Harvest Falcon equipment/assets/consumables
</li><li>Maintain and operate the Harvest Falcon equipment yard
</li><li>Submit redistribution (RDO) requests to USAFCENT/A4/A7 for serviceable and unserviceable excess equipment and non-equipment items and comply with disposition instructions
</li><li>Report serviceable/unserviceable excess for disposition instructions
</li><li>Initiate transfer of accountability requests
</li><li>Accountability reports and provide monthly inventory reports.
</li></ul>EDUCATION &amp; EXPERIENCE:
<ul><li>Two Years&rsquo; Experience with WRM BEAR/RADR assets
</li>Self-Motivated, organized, able to solve complex problems, able to work as an imbedded contractor within the USAF Civil Engineer Squadron, able to follow military rules and regulations as well as corporate policy and safety directives.

<ul><li>Licensed to operate four (4) thousand (K) pound, 6K, and 10K forklifts

</li><li>Considerable knowledge of the supply chain operations including property, material and logistics.
</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work independently within a geographically separated team.
</li><li>Must understand material and property inventory procedures.
</li><li>Must be able to identify various items of WRM assets by sight.
</li><li>Must be able to approach problems in a logical manner and solve them with available resources.
</li><li>Ability to communicate orally and in writing
</li><li>Must be able to walk in excess of 10,000 steps a day, outdoors in safety toe boots with puncture resistance, while conducting physical inventory of assigned assets in all weather conditions &ndash; rain, wind, sandstorm, extreme temperatures exceeding 120F degrees.
</li><li>May be asked to lift or carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
</li><li>Must be able to climb steps or use a ladder and work from height.
