 JOB PURPOSE:
 
 
 
 Perform duties as required in the relevant bank policies and KYC department SOPs covering KYC review process.
 
 
 The candidate will perform independent reviews and approve KYC files at the time of client on-boarding, Trigger base &amp; KYC periodic reviews.

 In this role, your key responsibilities include

 Digital product Development and Implementation- Identify opportunities for enhancement and innovation across digital channels (internet, mobile, tablet, SMS, wearable, digital TV) to broaden service offerings and elevate Digital Channel services in alignment with business goals.

 Digital product Usage and Reporting- Plan and coordinate onboarding, usage, and migration initiatives for assigned digital products, ensuring a seamless customer experience and prompt resolution of service issues to protect the bank&rsquo;s reputation. Monitor and analyze product usage metrics and revenue-related KPIs to assess adoption, identify trends, and support data-driven enhancements. Collaborate with analytics, operations, and customer service teams to ensure accurate reporting, timely issue escalation, and continuous improvement of digital product performance.

 <li>
 Quality Certification, Audit and Compliance- Ensure that all services meet regulatory requirements such as ISO 9001 certification for internet banking/mobile Banking and product development.
 </li>

 People Management- Manage self and team in line with ADCB&rsquo;s people management policies, procedures, processes and practices to ensure adherence and to maximize own and employee contribution to business performance. Organize and supervise the activities and work of the team to ensure that targets and objectives are achieved and the business plan is delivered in line with the required policies, processes, procedures and systems.

 Policies, Processes, Systems and Procedures- Implement approved departmental policies, processes and procedures, and ensure employee adherence so that work is carried out to the required standard while delivering the required standards of service to customers and stakeholders.

 The ideal candidate should have the following experience

 At least 6 years of experience in delivering projects in alternate delivery channels within a Bank
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in relevant specialization
 </li>
 <li>
 Project Management Prince II or Project Management Institute (PMI) or Agile (or equivalent) Certification
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of web channels and mobile technologies
 </li>
 <li>
 Planning, analytical and time management skills
 </li>

The Payment Transformation and Compliance Project Manager focusses on modernising payment systems while ensuring strict adherence to rapidly evolving financial regulations. The role combines the demands of a complex technology transformation with the critical, high-stakes requirements of regulatory compliance. The PM manages projects which align with the bank's payments infrastructure and simultaneously ensure regulatory adherence throughout the lifecycle.
The role has a dual focus: driving transformation to deliver seamless, omnichannel, and intelligent end-to-end servicing experiences, and ensuring compliance by continuously adhering to all regulatory expectations and compliance frameworks. The role oversees the modernisation of the bank's Payments infrastructure, API integration, and core banking systems, whilst simultaneously enforcing regulatory adherence, auditability, and a strong change control process.
On the Technology front, the PM will manage the delivery of future-ready solutions using common project tools like Jira and Confluence, with a focus on compliance projects, not limited to PSD2, AML/CFT policies, and PCI DSS. 
As the Project Manager, you must maintain project rigor while dealing with technical complexity and a broad stakeholder base and your responsibilities will include; 
<ul><li>Project Planning and Governance:</li><li>
Developing and managing comprehensive project plans, defining scope, schedule, resourcing, dependencies, and budget.</li><li>
Establishing robust governance and control in line with the bank's business transformation framework.</li><li>
Monitoring and reporting progress, risks, and issues to the program management and Steering Committees.</li><li>
Risk Management:</li><li>
Proactively assessing and managing risks, specifically mitigating potential roadblocks related to compliance missteps or data security issues.</li><li>
Ensuring all projects are managed to an acceptable level of risk by balancing scope, time, cost, and quality.</li><li>
Stakeholder &amp; Vendor Management:</li><li>
Leading and influencing cross-functional teams.</li><li>
Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders of the organisation.</li><li>
Coordinating with Business Technology and vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution.</li></ul>
Requirements
As the Payment Transformation and Compliance AI Project Manager you will:<ul><li>
Be proficient in project management methodologies like Agile, Scrum, PMP, or PRINCE II.</li><li>
Possess significant demonstrable experience working within financial services; and;</li><li>
Have significant experience and knowledge within banking compliance</li></ul>

Strong familiarity with specific regulatory programs relevant to payments (e.g., PSD2, AML, KYC).</li></ul><ul>
<li>A robust understanding of the ISO 20022 message formats and their industry integration is a highly valued qualification.</li>
<li>Experience preventing data mapping errors and maintaining data quality across historical and customer data.</li>
<li>Significant demonstrable experience managing and controlling changes to the project's scope, as mid-project changes can severely impact budget and timelines.</li><li>
Strong leadership to guide cross-functional teams (IT, Legal, Operations, Business) and clear, frequent communication to senior stakeholders.</li><li>
A solid knowledge of banking products, processes, and the strategic rationale for the core banking change.</li><li>
