Marketing &amp; Brand Representation</p><ul><li>Ensure the caf&eacute; maintains brand consistency in service, d&eacute;cor, and overall ambiance.</li><li>Engage with customers and the local community to build brand loyalty and awareness.</li></ul><p><b>KEY REQUIREMENTS / CANDIDATE PROFILE:</b></p><ul><li>Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Caf&eacute; Manager, Restaurant Manager, Cafe Supervisor or similar role in the F&amp;B industry.</li><li>A bachelor&rsquo;s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.</li><li>Strong background in coffee, bakery, and casual dining operations.</li><li>Strong leadership and team management skills.</li><li>Excellent customer service and communication abilities.</li><li>Ability to multitask and create a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Proficiency in POS systems and basic financial reporting.</li><li>Knowledge of food safety and health regulations in the UAE.</li><li>Strong background in coffee, bakery, and casual dining operations.</li><li>Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and working with ERP software</li></ul><p>Job Type: Full-time</p><p>Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month</p><p>Application Question(s):</p><ul><li>The role is based in Abu Dhabi.
