Safely load and operate packaging and labeling equipment to specifications</li><li>
Proficient at inner casing, master packing, loading cards and blisters</li><li>
Understand lot coding processes and can verify lot code on product</li><li>
Assist with training new employees and temporary workers</li><li>
Understand quality expectations per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions</li><li>
Recommend process improvements for increased efficiencies</li><li>
Display and promote company values (ASPIRE: Attitude, Safety, Passion, Integrity, Relationship, and Evolve)</li><li>
Firm understanding and compliance with company&rsquo;s Good Manufacturing Practices and Safe Practices</li><li>
