Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Assets Engineer (O&amp;M) to join our team! In this role you will get to plan, schedule, supervise, and exercise administrative authority over all field of engineering work.
What You'll Be Doing:<ul><li>
Maintain and update all asset registers in Osool.</li><li>
Verify asset tagging, coding, and classification accuracy.</li><li>
Conduct field inspections to validate asset conditions.</li><li>
Prepare asset condition reports and lifecycle assessments.</li><li>
Coordinate with O&amp;M teams for asset data updates.</li><li>
Monitor compliance with asset management standards (DMT/DRM).</li><li>
Support planning of preventive and corrective maintenance.</li><li>
Ensure integration of new assets into Osool system.</li><li>
Prepare annual asset health and replacement forecasts.</li><li>
Maintain records required for audits and performance reviews</li><li>
Monitor Progress and identify potential issues that may impact timelines or quality.</li><li>
Monitor projects related progress of work.</li><li>
Follow up the closure of all competed projects.</li><li>
Coordinate with Assets Department to ensure the O&amp;M Related assets are Surveyed and the Survey is Updated.</li><li>
Conduct assessments and Evaluations for existing Structures.</li><li>
Attend Meetings with clients, jurisdictional agencies other professionals and organization.</li><li>
Supervise others including but not limited to administrative , technical and professional staff</li><li>
Issue reports, schedules, estimates of probable costs responses to SOIs RFPs</li><li>
Act as, and fulfil the duties of, the Engineer with regards to assigned duties and delegated authority and be directly responsible to the Employer during the construction of the Works.</li><li>
Advise on construction matters regarding bridges /roads maintenance and construction and associated works.</li><li>
Prepare progress reports as applicable.</li><li>
Coordinate with Client/PMC, the Contractor and related concerned Authorities.</li><li>
Comply with safety, health and risk management requirements.</li><li>
Report back as necessary to SRE/CM or Project Manager.</li></ul>
What Required Skills You'll Bring:<ul><li>
B.Sc. Degree in Engineering with a minimum of 12 years of O&amp;M experiences) practical O&amp;M experience in Maintenance and construction of Structures (Bridges &amp; underpasses) and Roads in UAE.</li><li>
Demonstrable experience in all aspects of supervision on major Bridges , road and general infrastructure projects within the UAE and/or Gulf region</li><li>
Chartered Engineer or Professional Engineer (PE) registration or other similar professional organizations preferred.</li><li>
Emphasis on Quality Assurance Specifications and Statistical Quality Control.</li><li>
Must be fully computer literate and able to utilize computer technology to access data, maintain records, generate reports, etc. and any project specific engineering and construction relevant software.</li><li>
Familiar with the DRM Municipality Departments operation and processes</li><li>
Registered as practicing engineer in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi is preferred or having an equivalency certificate</li></ul>
