 Digital Solutions
 
 team. In this role, you will be responsible for the strategic leadership and operational oversight of Digital Operations, including direct accountability for regional Profit and Loss (P&amp;L) and driving financial results.
 
 
 
 
 
 You will lead a diverse team of operational and technical professionals, fostering a culture of development and inclusion while serving as the primary subject matter expert for Digital Solutions within your assigned geography.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 What You&rsquo;ll Do
 
 
 
 In this role, you will:
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Drive Operational Excellence and Service Delivery:
 
 Lead all aspects of Digital Solutions operations to ensure customer Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for quality and on-time performance are met while maintaining Iron Mountain best practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Execute Financial and Strategic Planning:
 
 Partner with Finance and Executive leadership to manage regional Profit and Loss (P&amp;L), develop five-year real estate and growth strategies, and deliver accurate financial forecasting.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Cultivate Leadership and Talent:
 
 Oversee organizational structure and labor capacity, driving a culture of continuous development through succession planning and active mentorship of Operations Managers and Supervisors.
 </li>

 The ideal candidate will have:
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Extensive Leadership Experience:
 
 Significant experience leading large-scale Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) operations (such as mailroom, scanning, or data capture) and managing a complex Profit and Loss (P&amp;L) statement.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Technical and Industry Expertise:
 
 Strong knowledge of document management platforms, specifically Kofax Capture and Kofax KTM (Kofax Transformation Modules), and the ability to interface effectively with technical teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Strategic Business Acumen:
 
 Proven ability to build long-term business plans, manage high-impact programs to mitigate risk, and influence outcomes in a globally matrixed environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Educational Foundation:
 
 A Bachelor&rsquo;s degree is required to meet industry standards for this executive-level position; an MBA (Master of Business Administration) is preferred.

What will I be doing? 
As a Food and Beverage Assistant, you are responsible for working in all areas of Food and Beverage as needed to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A Food and Beverage Assistant will also be required to take and deliver customer orders and work to achieve departmental targets. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:<ul>
<li>Able to work in all areas of Food and Beverage including Bar, Restaurant, Room Service and Conference and Events</li>
<li>Welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner</li>
<li>Take and deliver customer orders, consistently demonstrating high levels of customer service</li>
<li>Prepare set ups for tables and/or rooms</li>
<li>Follow cash handling procedures</li>
<li>Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner</li>
<li>Up-sell with latest departmental incentives</li>
<li>Ensure compliance of brand standards</li>

<li>Ensure cleanliness of work areas</li>
<li>Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation</li>
