 Coordinating with other departments (Housekeeping, Concierge, F&amp;B, Engineering) to ensure smooth service delivery.
 
 
 Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all guest information is updated in the system.
 
 
 Assisting with room assignments, upgrades, and special requests in line with brand standards.
 
 
 Promoting hotel services, upselling rooms and packages to maximize revenue.
 
 
 Upholding grooming standards and representing the hotel with a polished, professional image at all times.
 
 
 Following safety, security, and operational policies as per hotel procedures.
 
 
 
 What we need from you:
 
 
 
 Previous experience in a similar Front Office or customer service role within a 4-star or 5-star hotel is preferred.
 
 
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-focused mindset.
 
 
 Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
 
 
 Strong computer skills and familiarity with property management systems (e.g., Opera) is an advantage.
 
 
 Professional appearance, punctuality, and attention to detail.
 
 
 Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
