The role ensures smooth operations, accurate record-keeping, and timely processing of all commercial documentation, safeguarding project timelines and deliverables.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Maintain and manage contract records and databases for the Commercial &amp; Legal Department.</li><li>Prepare Subcontract Agreements and Purchase Order Agreements accurately and in a timely manner.</li><li>Prepare Interim Payment Applications to clients for ongoing projects.</li><li>Prepare various payment applications and final account statements for subcontractors and suppliers.</li><li>Assist in the preparation of project closeout documentation from the commercial perspective.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Experience: 2&ndash;3 years as a Commercial QS at a managerial or supervisory level.</li><li>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>Skills:</li><li>Strong knowledge of construction contracts and commercial procedures.</li><li>Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant QS software.</li><li>Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.</li></ul>Job Type: Temporary Contract length: 7 monthsPay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR7,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
