<p><b>Summary/Objective</b></p><br>
<p>
This position is responsible for driving analytical strategies throughout the organization and work with leadership to drive action plans that will improve efficiency and increase effectiveness within assigned businesses and/or geographies.</p>
<p><b>
Essential Functions</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Assists with strategic analysis of portfolio, including capital allocation by region by business, and performance issues common across all markets.</li>
<li>Assists with analysis of specific businesses regarding market share, operating and financial performance, and employee issues.</li>
<li>Assists operations leadership with data and analysis, communicate action plans and support subsequent development of growth and exit strategies.</li>
<li>Assists with implementation of specific metrics to measure effectiveness of location leadership and staff.</li>
<li>Develops and implements specific metrics to measure effectiveness of training programs on business performance.</li>
<li>Regularly communicates with locations to identify market share opportunities and operational issues via phone or Teams meetings.</li>
<li>Assists with content and organization of monthly, quarterly and annual operational review meetings with local, market and regional leadership.</li>
<li>Assist with the organization, design and development of subject matter for operations meetings.</li>
<li>Assist local and regional leadership and other corporate functions with operational integration of acquired businesses.</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned.</li>

<p><b>Required Education, Experience, Certifications and Licensure
</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field required or equivalent experience.</li>
<li>3 to 5 years of related experience required.</li>
<li>Advanced knowledge in excel formulas including Pivot Tables and Power Query/BI.</li>
<li>Demonstrable experience with financial analysis and modeling required.</li>
<li>A solid understanding of finance and generally accepted accounting principles required.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Additional Eligibility Qualifications</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Expert-level Excel financial modeling and PowerPoint skills and a high degree of proficiency with Outlook and Word.</li>
<li>Very strong attention to detail, keen analytical mindset, strong organizational skills, and ability to synthesize and clearly communicate complicated analyses.</li>
<li>Ability to quickly pivot between projects and tasks while managing required deadlines in an environment that requires a high sense of urgency.</li>
<li>Capable of working independently, but also a good team player.</li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal and communications skills (oral and written), and ability to interact across all levels of the organization.</li>
