Roles and Responsibilities
The responsibilities and duties may include but are not limited to the following:<ul><li>
Serve as a single point of contact representing HR in all Business Development (BD) activities to include Roundtables, Proposal Kickoffs, Risk Registers, Tag Ups, Milestone Briefs, Transitions, and Green Team discussions.</li><li>
Ensure that all human resource-related requirements for proposals are accurate, compliant, and aligned with organizational policies.</li><li>
Will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide workforce planning, compensation analysis, compliance documentation, and staffing strategies for new business opportunities.</li><li>
Provide early and continuous situational awareness on BD activities and requirements to HR leadership and the HR and Talent Acquisition Teams.</li><li>
Ensure HR and TA Teams provide substantive, timely inputs to help shape proposals, identify risks &amp; mitigation, begin solutioning, and improve quality of Proposal submissions.</li><li>
Track completion status to ensure timely HR and TA inputs for BD proposals.</li><li>

Day to Day administration of the HRIS functions, including required documentation and workflows on the required schedules. Ensure that all records relating to engagement and pay matters are processed correctly and retained for internal audit and compliance purposes.</li><li>
Develop and/or support strategies for personnel and organization planning.</li><li>
Identify and achieve the development needs of leaders and their teams.</li><li>
Administration of talent planning, annual salary review, promotion planning, performance management, organizational development and all other HR activities and programs.</li><li>
Support managers and employees in the investigation of and resolution of complex employee relations issues to include: dispute resolutions, disciplinary actions and grievances.</li><li>
Drives cultural adoption of employee development models through communication and training for managers as well as employees; develops and leads training for managers on performance management best practices.</li><li>

Basic Qualifications

Assist with posting job openings in Paylocity Recruiting, Team Engine, and other internal recruiting systems. 
Track candidate activity and update recruiting records accurately within recruiting platforms. 
Ensure candidate documentation and recruiting records are complete and properly maintained. 
Support job requisition management and ensure recruiting workflows are followed. 
Coordinate with the onboarding team to transition selected candidates into the hiring process. 
Ensure candidates complete required employment documentation and onboarding tasks. 
Communicate start dates, orientation information, and onboarding instructions to new hires. 
Help ensure new hires are properly scheduled for orientation or initial assignment. 
 Ensure compliance with federal/state/local employment laws, EEO, Title VII, ADA, ADEA, GINA, FCRA, IRCA. 
 Will perform other duties as assigned. 
 
Qualifications: 
 Education: Bachelors degree in human resources, business or related field preferred or work experience in lieu of degree. 
 
 Experience: 2-3 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in multi-site operations-related roles, supporting high-volume hiring. 
 Experience recruiting non-exempt positions preferred. 
 Experience using professional social networks (LinkedIn.com, Indeed.com, and other third-party recruiting solutions). 
 High attention to detail, ambition, and a strong work ethic with a high sense of urgency. 
 Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and/or resume databases. 
 
 Skills: Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills preferred. 
 Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to build trust and credibility with internal stakeholders. 
 Excellent organizational and time management skills. 
 
Working Conditions: 
 Primarily office based with occasional travel to branch offices, job fairs, and recruiting events may be required.

Requirements:

Essential Functions :
Scope of Practice: 
1.Administrative Role of the research data coordinator includes indirect patient care activities which promote quality cancer patient care and clinical research actions within the practice. This includes, but is not limited to:
A. Collaborate with MD, Research Clinical Coordinator, Research Nurses, and / or protocol sponsors regarding clinical trial protocol design, implementation and evaluation.<ul><li>
Participate in orientation and training of new research department staff</li><li>
