The Recruiting Coordinator supports the companys recruiting and hiring efforts by assisting with the scouring, screening, and coordination of candidates for open non-exempt positions. <ul><li>Support month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and reporting for Tax and Corporate Accounting</li>
<li>Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, explaining budget and forecast variances and identifying trends and key performance drivers</li>
<li>Perform detailed general ledger, bank, and balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance</li>
<li>Collaborate with Field Operations and management to investigate expense variances and provide actionable financial insights</li>
<li>Assist with budgeting, forecasting, SOX control testing, ad hoc reporting, and special projects as needed</li>
<li>Demonstrate strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while adhering to company policies and procedures</li></ul> 


WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Accounting required</li>
<li>2-4 years of experience in accounting preferred</li>
</ul><ul><li>Proven income statement analysis skills to support monthly close</li>
</ul><ul><li>Prior oil and gas experience preferred</li>
<li>Experience with a major ERP System (SAP preferred).</li></ul>
