<div><p>The Senior Workforce Analyst is responsible for understanding customer service staffing and the factors that impact call volume and other customer touch-points. Tracks daily workloads and reconciles to staffing schedules to ensure Customer Service is staffed appropriately. Monitors real-time call queues and real-time staff performance and makes recommendations for adjustments to staffing levels to optimize performance. Alerts management so that adjustments can be made to ensure service level standards are obtained.</li><li>
Communicates with Management, Supervisors, and Trainers on all pertinent business issues, sharing responsibility for meeting service level standards and response time objectives across all contact channels. Forecasts and produces staff shift schedules taking into consideration offline activities such as coaching, training, administrative activities, and process changes that could negatively impact scheduling needs.</li><li>
Assists with training and development of Workforce Management staff to include utilizing workforce management techniques.</li><li>
Collects, analyzes, and maintains statistical data in order to develop short/long range scheduling forecast for entire Customer Service section. Reviews and summarizes agent productivity and adherence data for the creation of the monthly reports.</li><li>
Develops innovative schedules based on inbound volume and staff production trends in preparation for the staff schedule bid process. Tracks schedule bid rankings and distributes results to management.</li><li>
Assists Workforce Management Analyst in planning work load, work flow, work objectives and time utilization of workforce.</li></ul><br>

Will be required to be on site 5 days a week during training, after training is complete contractor will be allowed 1 remote day.<p>
Due to the extensive cleanup of inventory-related transactions in SAP for Heavies, additional support is needed to review transactions and execute system corrections. This role is intended to help move the team toward a more real-time process for reviewing and correcting intra-month inventory activity. In addition, the position will support secondary cost reviews and approvals, quantity disputes, claims, and risk-related questions involving SAP, demurrage, and marine costs.</p><p>
This position is primarily responsible for ensuring the volumetric accuracy of scheduled product movements. The Scheduling Analyst works closely with Schedulers and Accounting throughout the month, as well as during month-end close, to ensure SAP nominations are updated in a timely manner, manual accruals are executed accurately, system or ticketing errors are corrected, and all necessary cleanup activities are completed so inventory is accurately reflected in SAP.</p><ul><li>
Monitor and verify the accuracy of all transactions related to product movements in accordance with accounting standards within SAP S/4.</li><li>
Run various SAP S/4 reports to monitor inventory builds and draws and routinely analyze data throughout the month.</li><li>
Work closely with the managed service provider, scheduling team, and traders to ensure positions and trades are properly reflected in accounting records.</li><li>
Review complex Discrepancy Error Workbench (DEW) requests escalated by Schedulers from Back Office and Volumetric Accounting and assist in identifying the appropriate resolution.</li><li>
Serve as a backup reviewer for Discrepancy Error Workbench (DEW) requests when a Scheduler is out of the office.</li><li>
In collaboration with the Trade Support group, assist Schedulers with troubleshooting when nominations do not produce the intended inventory effect in SAP and help provide resolution.</li><li>
Prepare reports and summaries of reconciliation findings for management review.</li><li>
Track and communicate trends or recurring issues that may impact inventory accuracy and assist in developing solutions.</li><li>

New Product Approval (NPA)</div>
<ul>
<li>Own end-to-end coordination of the NPA process across Light, Full, and Project NPAs, from intake through approval, conditions tracking, and post-implementation review.</li>
<li>Perform pre-assessment reviews of new products, markets, counterparties, instruments, and trading strategies; structure the scope of each NPA accordingly.</li>
<li>Facilitate cross-functional NPA working sessions with Front Office, Market Risk, Middle Office, IT, Compliance, Credit, Settlements, Legal, Tax, and Accounting.</li>
<li>Identify control gaps and system-readiness issues; document required remediations, conditions of approval, and target dates.</li>
<li>Maintain the NPA pipeline, approval log, and conditions register; report status to the EEMNA Risk Committee and to ENGIE HQ.</li>

<li>Identify, assess, and monitor operational risks across trading activities, systems, processes, third parties, and people.</li>
<li>Manage the operational risk incident lifecycle: capture, classification, root cause analysis, remediation tracking, and lessons learned.</li>
<li>Maintain the operational risk event database and ensure timely escalation of material incidents to management and HQ per group policy.</li>
<li>Support the calculation, monitoring, and periodic update of Operational Risk Capital requirements, including maintenance of methodology, scenarios, and supporting documentation.</li>
<li>Drive control enhancement initiatives in partnership with process owners; verify design and operating effectiveness of key controls.</li>

<li>Coordinate the annual RCSA cycle: process inventory, risk identification, control assessment, residual risk rating, and action plan tracking.</li>
<li>Define, monitor, and report Key Risk Indicators (KRIs); investigate breaches and recommend corrective actions.</li>
<li>Execute Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and support the Business Continuity Planning (BCP) program, including test exercises and after-action reporting.</li>
<li>Maintain risk and control documentation, taxonomies, and governance artifacts in the EEMNA risk system of record.</li>
<li>Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of operational risk policies, procedures, and standards.</li>
</ul>
<div>Technology &amp; Process Risk</div>
<ul>
<li>Assess risks tied to trading platforms, market data, valuation engines, settlement systems, and end-user computing tools.</li>
<li>Partner with IT and the business on system enhancements, UAT, change-management reviews, and post-implementation validation.</li>
<li>Identify automation and process-improvement opportunities that strengthen controls and reduce manual risk exposure.</li>

<div>Global Coordination &amp; Stakeholder Management</div>

<li>Coordinate with ENGIE global teams and HQ functions in Europe to support governance alignment, NPA reviews, and group-wide framework rollouts.</li>
<li>Prepare presentations, governance materials, and management reporting for the EEMNA Risk Committee and senior stakeholders.</li>

What You&rsquo;ll Bring</b></div>

<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.</li>
<li>A minimum of 2 years of experience in operational risk, internal audit, controls, middle office, or trading-floor risk, preferably within commodities, energy, or financial services.</li>
<li>Exposure to NPA, RCSA, KRI, BIA/BCP, or operational risk capital processes is strongly preferred.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of physical and financial energy products (power, gas, environmental, structured).</li>
<li>Proficiency in risk management tools, ETRM systems (e.g., Aligne or equivalent), and data analysis (Excel, SQL, Power BI, Python is a plus).</li>
<li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear conclusions and decisions.</li>
<li>Clear, concise written and verbal communication; comfortable engaging Front Office, control functions, and senior leadership.</li>
