ViiV Healthcare is seeking an experienced, results-driven professional in Specialty Sales for the position of Territory Account Manager (TAM) on the long-acting HIV Injectable Treatment Sales team. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment and work with HCPs to adopt a new approach to HIV treatment will be essential to delivering success in this role. Additionally, the abilities to partner cross-functionally and to remain highly adaptable in a launch context will be critical. It is expected that the successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in developing strategic business plans with specific, measurable, action-oriented objectives in accordance with territory and account level goals. Successful outcomes will include selling to HCPs, servicing their accounts, and being aligned to ViiV Healthcare&rsquo;s mission of leaving no person with HIV behind. This will be achieved through driving results against business objectives and working effectively within an integrated account management framework in the setup and delivery of a buy and bill treatment model.

Job Summary

The DE Account Specialist within the Dry Eye Business Unit is responsible for unlocking the full potential of priority accounts through enterprise‑level engagement, strategic account planning, and cross‑functional collaboration. POSITION SUMMARY:
The Client Accounting Manager position is responsible for managing and monitoring the daily activities of assigned Client Accounting staff and ensuring that all Owner policies and procedures are consistently and accurately followed for the assigned properties. The Manager performs periodic reviews of reports, reconciliations, and other financial information to ensure accuracy and consistency. The Manager works with Property Management and Clients to ensure that all reporting deadlines are met. It is also the responsibility of the Client Accounting Manager to deliver the Transwestern Experience when interacting and communicating with tenants, owners, vendors and fellow team members. 
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS<ul><li>
Direct and manage professional staff on a daily basis, must possess a thorough understanding of the job responsibilities of each staff member and be able to recommend necessary process changes and improvements.</li><li>
Screen, hire, supervise, mentor and train staff as required. This also may include initiating disciplinary actions, including terminations.
</li><li>Prepare and review monthly accounting calendars to ensure that client accounting staff is appropriately controlling project deadline flow, that all reporting deadlines, special payments (e.g., mortgages and taxes) and owner requirements are documented and met.
</li><li>Provide Treasury Management oversight, disbursement approvals and signatory on client bank accounts.</li><li>
Perform detailed review of financial reports, reconciliations and all financial information prepared by the accounting staff and/or the property management staff to ensure compliance with Owner Policies and Procedures and the Management Agreement.
