Accounting Coordination<ul><li>Act as the US-side point of contact for the offshore accounting team, providing bank statements, transaction data, and reporting inputs for reconciliations and financials</li><li>Pursue missing invoices and documentation to support timely bookkeeping</li><li>Distribute banking files, debit files, and financial documentation to internal and external stakeholders</li><li>Support month-end close by ensuring cash activity is accurately reflected and open items are resolved</li></ul>

Qualifications<ul><li>3&ndash;5 years in treasury operations, cash management, or a combined treasury and accounting role</li><li>Real estate experience is strongly preferred; multi-entity structures, intercompany accounting, and property-level funding familiarity is a plus</li><li>Strong Excel skills; able to build cash trackers, reconciliation schedules, and funding models from scratch</li><li>Hands-on experience with banking portals, wire initiation, Positive Pay, and ACH management</li><li>Familiarity with RealPage, Rent Manager, MRI, QuickBooks, or similar platforms</li><li>Experience coordinating with offshore or remote accounting teams</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication across leadership, partners, vendors, and government agencies</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in finance, Accounting, or Business preferred; equivalent experience considered</li></ul>

 Summary Of Position
 
 
 
 The Community Manager is responsible for supervising, controlling, and planning the day-to-day activities of the apartment community. They are also responsible for the implementation of company policies, procedures and programs that will assure a well-managed, well-maintained property within established management operations and assuring compliance with all regulatory agencies and investors.

 Resident Management

 Constantly strive to achieve a 95% or higher collected occupancy rate.

 Strive to renew 100% of all Resident leases at or close to market rents and 30 days prior to expiration of existing lease. Use the budgeted rent schedule or approved prices from Management Company.

 Be the first point of contact for residents.
 </li>

 Perform duty of showing, accepting application and completing the lease process for current and future available units.

 Ensures all leases and applications are submitted immediately upon completion with appropriate deposit dollars.

 Complete the vacate settlement statement and return it and all lease copies to the office within one week.
