Will be required to be on site 5 days a week during training, after training is complete contractor will be allowed 1 remote day.
Due to the extensive cleanup of inventory-related transactions in SAP for Heavies, additional support is needed to review transactions and execute system corrections. This role is intended to help move the team toward a more real-time process for reviewing and correcting intra-month inventory activity. In addition, the position will support secondary cost reviews and approvals, quantity disputes, claims, and risk-related questions involving SAP, demurrage, and marine costs.
This position is primarily responsible for ensuring the volumetric accuracy of scheduled product movements. The Scheduling Analyst works closely with Schedulers and Accounting throughout the month, as well as during month-end close, to ensure SAP nominations are updated in a timely manner, manual accruals are executed accurately, system or ticketing errors are corrected, and all necessary cleanup activities are completed so inventory is accurately reflected in SAP.<ul><li>
Monitor and verify the accuracy of all transactions related to product movements in accordance with accounting standards within SAP S/4.</li><li>
Run various SAP S/4 reports to monitor inventory builds and draws and routinely analyze data throughout the month.</li><li>
Work closely with the managed service provider, scheduling team, and traders to ensure positions and trades are properly reflected in accounting records.</li><li>
Review complex Discrepancy Error Workbench (DEW) requests escalated by Schedulers from Back Office and Volumetric Accounting and assist in identifying the appropriate resolution.</li><li>
Serve as a backup reviewer for Discrepancy Error Workbench (DEW) requests when a Scheduler is out of the office.</li><li>
In collaboration with the Trade Support group, assist Schedulers with troubleshooting when nominations do not produce the intended inventory effect in SAP and help provide resolution.</li><li>
Prepare reports and summaries of reconciliation findings for management review.</li><li>
Track and communicate trends or recurring issues that may impact inventory accuracy and assist in developing solutions.</li><li>
Identify opportunities for process improvements in scheduling practices.</li><li>

 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Establish and maintain relationships with marketing executives within all asset classes and sectors of our targeted markets
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive event sponsorship sales by conducting in-depth research to source &amp; confirm participation of sponsors for our commercial real estate conferences
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist event production department in an effort to build sponsor-friendly programs that ultimately align with the interest of Bisnow&rsquo;s client base
 </li>
 <li>
 Constantly brainstorm fresh and relevant topic ideas to adapt to trends within the industry
 </li>
 <li>
 Understand both individual and larger team KPIs and position yourself to hit, if not exceed said KPIs on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
 </li>

 Document daily activities in Salesforce CRM
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with the sales team to accelerate our sales cycle and to extend reach into target accounts
 </li>

 Work with a positive, cross functional team on an everyday basis to make certain of successful sponsorship, marketing and financial performance of these events
 </li>

 Participate with enthusiasm in all events, activities and training sessions that are asked of you by your DOJO (office) leader
 </li>

 Attend and emcee all events in your market
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop a deep understanding of what is happening in the marketplace at all times and how to deliver value to our partners
 </li>

 Become an expert on the Bisnow platform so to be able to best advise our partners on which products will deliver the most value
 </li>

 Investigate and resolve client concerns
 </li>
 <li>
 Prospect potential strategic partners (advertisers and sponsors), for both Bisnow&rsquo;s online and offline platforms
 </li>

 Manage and own strategic sales cycles while continually focusing on client goals and company success metrics

 What are we looking for?

 3 - 6 years of direct B2B outside sales experience - preferably in Commercial Real Estate, Advertising Sales or Sponsorship Sales
 </li>
 <li>

 Ability to demonstrate an entrepreneurial yet disciplined mindset, creative yet organized work-ethic and an ambitious yet humble attitude

 </li>
