<b>Position Objective:</b><br>
The Facility Operations Maintainer (FOM) is a technical, safety- sensitive, and essential position<br>
responsible for the safe operation, monitoring, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of New<br>
York Aquarium's electrical, HVAC, water, gas, building infrastructure and other related work as<br>
required. The FOM is expected to perform high quality work in support of New York Aquarium's<br>
mission.<br>

<b>Principal Responsibilities:</b><br>
<ul><li>Perform preventative maintenance tasks and affect necessary repairs on all facilities</li></ul>
maintenance and infrastructure related equipment including, but not limited to, HVAC units,<br>
chillers, cooling towers, sanitary ejector systems (force mains), circulator pumps, boilers heat<br>
exchangers, lighting systems, and electrical systems.<br>
<ul><li>Perform general maintenance of building systems including, but not limited to, envelope,</li></ul>
painting, carpentry, lighting, door hardware, and finishes.<br>
<ul><li>Maintain accurate records; generates work daily log sheets in a neat and orderly fashion, uses</li></ul>

In general, a typical day will include:</b></p>

<li>Lead the Strategy &amp; Analytics vision, setting the standard for and driving the impact of the function in campaign and client excellence.</li>
<li>Develop and implement a strategic planning process that is scalable and adaptable to our clients goals and ensures effective and consistent standards across all portfolios.</li>
<li>Contribute to brand strategy, developing relationships with clients across all levels and functions, leading and developing the strategic competency of the team.</li>
<li>As the recognized expert and leader in the space, drive innovation and Thought Leadership both as a new business asset and across our team to drive modern and effective solutions for our clients.</li>
<li>Utilize your exceptional data storytelling and problem solver skills to present powerfully to high-profile clients and stakeholders, driving current and new business opportunities.</li>
<li>Write and deliver strategies and POV's that support and drive client recommendations.</li>
<li>Foster a collaborative environment across the immediate department and all teams within the company to ensure cohesive and impactful campaign delivery.</li>
<li>Provide vision, direction, coaching and management to individuals within the team to ensure their work aligns with our mission, goals and values.</li>
<li>Be a resource to support and develop the internal teams overall competency, presence and technical expertise to expand and grow the impact across the business and our clients results.</li>
<li>Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continually push the boundaries of strategy &amp; insights.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Being a Vice President, Strategy &amp; Analytics requires:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>At least 10 years of experience in strategy with progressive levels of responsibility</li>
<li>5+ years of previous management experience, established skillset in creating a team culture that fosters collaboration and high-performance</li>
<li>Adept and interested in proactively leading and elevating strategic thinking across a portfolio of brands and leading projects</li>
<li>Competent in identifying meaningful, useable, and impactful insights</li>
<li>Able to translate data into viable business solutions to enhance strategies and meet deliverables.</li>
<li>Ability to anticipate and quickly assess continually changing client needs and adapt resources and strategies accordingly.</li>
<li>Proven track records of strategically aligning plan campaigns with client strategic goals and KPIs</li>
<li>Well versed in client pitches, exceptional communication and presentation skills and able to command a room and influence</li>
<li>Excellent written communication, organizational, interpersonal and analytical skills</li>
<li>A proactive action-oriented mindset with the ability to create and implement processes to enhance strategic output</li>
<li>The ability to operate effectively within the unknown and lead the charge</li>
<li>Experience at agency, marketing-tech or media start-up desirable</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Salary range:</b></p>
