<br>The Director of Social Services is responsible for the overall management and direction of a comprehensive program of social services for a single men’s or women’s shelter with the goal of expeditious placement of residents into permanent housing and providing assistance in becoming self-sufficient. Services include assessments, counseling, service planning, and developing and monitoring linkages with programs that provide entitlements and medical, educational, substance abuse, employment, and mental health services.

These activities are recorded in FRM CRM daily with reporting to manager weekly.</p>
</li><li><p>Educate on Benefit Investigation, Prior Authorization Process, Support Center Services, Medicare and Commercial coverage and patient communication streams. Monthly activity reporting captures educational topics at FRM level reportable to client based on client expectation. This trended data is also reported quarterly to client.</p>
</li><li><p>Reimbursement Support on Case management, billing and coding updates, appropriate claims submission, Specialty Pharmacy, Medical Benefit Interpretation, understanding medical necessity, claims and appeal assistance, information related to co-pay assistance and patient assistance programs. FRM will collaborate with case manager on average of 4/month and ad hoc as needed for escalations. These interactions are tracked in FRM CRM and hub system.</p>

The Civilian Complaint Review Board (&ldquo;CCRB&rdquo;) is charged with investigating, mediating, and prosecuting complaints which members of the public file against New York City police officers alleging the use of force, abuse of authority, discourtesy, offensive language, untruthful statements made by officers, and racial profiling and biased policing. The Board consists of 15 members who are appointed by the Mayor, the City Council and Public Advocate or designated by the police commissioner. The Board is responsible for governing the agency. The Executive Director is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the agency. As the largest police oversight agency in the United States, the CCRB currently investigates approximately 4,500 complaints each year.

The Senior Data Strategy Manager is working closely with the Head of Data Strategy to align AIG&rsquo;s data strategy and operating model to business priorities, manage AIG&rsquo;s data budget, prepare executive communications, and drive end-to-end delivery of strategic data initiatives. Priority Setting:</i><b><i> </i></b>Support definition of Data Office priorities in line with enterprise objectives. Ensure delivery plans, resources, and execution are tightly aligned to agreed priorities.</li><li><i>
Financial Planning</i>: Support annual and multi-year financial planning for the Data Office. Track spending, monitor actuals vs. plan, and provide transparency on budget utilization and outcomes.</li><li><i>
Executive Communications:</i> Prepare high-quality executive briefings for senior stakeholders and steering committees. Provide clear updates on strategic priorities, progress, risks, and value realization.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
Required qualifications</b></h2><ul><li>
8+ years of experience in data strategy, data management, or similar leadership roles, preferably in insurance, banking or other related fields.</li><li>
Experience leading cross-functional data programs from design through delivery.</li><li>
Demonstrated ownership of budget planning, financial tracking, and cost management.</li><li>
Strong understanding of value realization, business case development, and ROI tracking.</li><li>
Proven ability to prepare and deliver clear, concise executive briefings.</li><li>
Deep knowledge of data ecosystems (data platforms, governance, AI/ML concepts).</li><li>
