 Patient Care: Manage patient intakes, ensuring accurate information is recorded, including vital signs, medical history, and patient concerns.

 Venipuncture &amp; Specimen Collection: Perform blood draws, urine dipsticks, stool collection, and rapid tests such as Strep, Flu, COVID, and RSV, ensuring proper labeling and handling of all specimens.

 Diagnostic Testing: Perform EKGs and point-of-care testing, and assist in other diagnostic procedures under the direct supervision of a Physician or APP.

 Clinical Assistance: Prepare patients and exam rooms for visits and procedures, and assist providers during physical exams and in-office treatments.

 Instrument Sterilization: Clean, sterilize, and maintain medical equipment and instruments to ensure patient safety and infection control.

 Laboratory Support: Operate and maintain lab equipment such as CBC analyzers and urinalysis machines; prepare, process, and store specimens appropriately (room temp, refrigerated, or frozen).

 Quality Control: Run and document various lab tests including glucose monitoring, PT/INR, urine pregnancy, and fecal occult blood; conduct and troubleshoot quality control procedures and report critical values.

 Electronic Documentation: Utilize Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) to enter, verify, and manage lab orders and clinical data.

You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and will perform as a Medical Support Specialist (Plasma Center Nurse) to support plasma center operations.

About the role:
Every day, the donors you meet will motivate you. The high-quality plasma you collect will become life-changing medicines. Here, a commitment to customer service and quality is expected. You will determine donor eligibility to donate plasma, management of donor adverse events, review of laboratory test results, and donor notification of unsuitable test results. The Medical Support Specialist (Plasma Center Nurse) works under the guidance of the Center Manager (or Assistant Manager as applicable) for operational guidance and under the management of the Center Physician for medical issues. The Medical Support Specialist will be familiar with regulations of the plasma collection industry or a manufacturing environment. The Medical Support Specialist follows guidance provided by BioLife Medical Affairs and provides center level support of environmental, health and safety (EHS).
How you will contribute<ul><li>
You will determine donor eligibility; to include, proper management of informed consent, AIDS education and confidential self-exclusion, medical history interview and acceptance requirements, physical examination, blood testing, and reviewing Serological Protein Electrophoresis (SPE).</li><li>
You will evaluate donor reaction(s), which occurs at the facility as outlined in the SOPs. Follow applicable SOPs for medical emergencies including the development of Center Physician's standing orders and donor transport to emergency care facilities.</li><li>
You will refer to the Center Physician or Medical Affairs (as applicable) when in need of providing unacceptable findings to donors, or guidance concerning medical or technical issues, including donor safety and eligibility.</li><li>
You will support the Hepatitis B and Seasonal Flu vaccination programs for employees as applicable.</li><li>
You will manage employee incidents and determine whether further evaluation is required by occupational health/ER. Refer to EHS guidance regarding employee incidents.</li><li>
You can be a Pandemic Coordinator when authorized by EHS and support investigations associated with pandemic threats within the local community as indicated by EHS or Medical Affairs.</li></ul>

 Position Overview
 
 
 
 The Executive Personal Assistant will provide high-level personal and administrative support to the 2 Founders of this private equity firm, ensuring seamless coordination of their personal and family-related activities. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage complex schedules and logistics across multiple residences. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Oversee and maintain personal calendars for Founders, ensuring alignment with family and household schedules.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage logistics for multiple residences, including vendor coordination, deliveries, and household projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Arrange and confirm personal appointments, reservations, and errands with attention to detail.
 </li>
 <li>
 Plan and execute personal and family travel, including booking accommodations, activities, and transportation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Organize private travel arrangements, including private jet scheduling and related logistics.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Required Experience/Skills
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 4&ndash;15 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant with a strong focus on personal support.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to manage complex schedules and coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with discretion and confidentiality.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues in a fast-paced environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prior experience supporting high-net-worth individuals or executives in financial services.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with luxury travel planning and private aviation coordination.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience managing multiple residences and household operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Tech-savvy with proficiency in calendar management tools and communication platforms.
 </li>

 Education Requirements

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred or equivalent experience in a related field.
 </li>
