   Take ownership of CNT US social platforms, guiding strategy, execution, and day-to-day optimizations to increase traffic, engagement, and other core KPIs
  </li>

   Collaborate with editors, video, PR, and designers to develop content packages and rollout strategies that are optimized for social media
  </li>
  <li>
   Work in partnership with audience development to continually improve how social media drives traffic and loyalty; Brainstorm new ideas and plan rollout strategies for testing with the audience development and editorial teams
  </li>
  <li>
   Work with data analyst to report on regular progress and learnings; Adjust social strategy according to KPI pacing and report on wins and areas of opportunity
  </li>

   Develop relationships with social managers at other Cond&eacute; Nast brands to feedback learnings to social media team leads
  </li>

   Work with Cond&eacute;&rsquo;s sales and marketing team on sponsorship opportunities in addition to the commerce team on new activations and testing

  </li>
  <li>
   Professional experience creating and optimizing content for platforms like Facebook, X, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok, WhatsApp and LinkedIn

   Strong editorial judgment; Excellent organizational skills, focus, and attention to detail
  </li>
  <li>
   Professional experience with social publishing and listening tools like SocialFlow, Dash Hudson, Parsely, Google Analytics, CrowdTangle
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to hit key social and engagement metrics
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to spot consumer trends and behavior through social listening; ability to build campaigns through social data
  </li>

   Ability to manage stakeholders at very senior levels across different business functions.

 The expected base salary range for this position is from $71,500-$79,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including but not limited to relevant skills, training, experience, and education.

Role Overview</b></p>

Global Citizen is seeking a <b>Video Editor</b> to support the Video Team across a high volume of content needs tied to campaigns, events, and partner deliverables. This role is responsible for editing and executing a wide range of video content, including social-first assets, long-form storytelling, marketing materials, partner and grant-related assets, and event-related deliverables.</p>

The Video Editor will play a critical role in ensuring fast, high-quality output across multiple formats while maintaining strong attention to detail, organization, and consistency. This position requires the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, support rapid turnaround timelines, and contribute to efficient post-production workflows and asset management systems.<br>

<b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p>

Editing and Content Delivery </b>(35%)</p><br>

<li>Edit high volume, quick turnaround social first content optimized for performance across platforms.</li>
<li>Edit long-form video content, including documentary-style storytelling and campaign narratives.</li>
<li>Edit marketing and promotional video assets aligned with brand and campaign objectives, such as promos, sizzles, studio content, explainer videos, and original in-app content.
</li><li>Execute final exports and versions across multiple formats, ensuring accuracy and platform specifications.</li>
<li>Manage multiple editing timelines simultaneously while maintaining speed, quality, and consistency.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Event and Stakeholder Video Editing</b> (25%)</p><br>

<li>Edit video on demand content for Global Citizen events, including GC Now, Global Citizen Festival, Move Africa, and Amazonia, among others.</li>
<li>Edit event recaps, speaker content, and stakeholder deliverables with quick turnaround timelines</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of event-related content</li>
<li>Maintain consistency in style, pacing, and quality across all event-based outputs</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Post Production Finishing </b>(20%)</p><br>

<li>Execute sound design, including sound effects, audio cleanup, basic mixing, and enhancement.</li>
<li>Apply basic motion graphics and text treatments to support storytelling and clarity aligned with brand guidelines.</li>
<li>Perform basic color correction and finishing to ensure polished and professional outputs.</li>
<li>Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and iterate efficiently on edits.</li>
<li>Maintain alignment with brand standards and creative direction.</li>
