The opportunity

As an Applied AI Engineer, you'll work directly with the founders and staff at engineering firms to ship the initial iterations of our operating system that will power this transformation. You'll own outcomes at the edge and get a front-row seat to building a company from zero&mdash;engaging with architecture decisions, firm acquisitions, and product strategy&mdash;on a problem domain that's barely been touched by AI.

 We&rsquo;re looking for a Backend Engineer (Mid-Level) who thrives in a fast-paced, high-ownership startup environment. You&rsquo;ll help design, build, and maintain the backend systems that power Tessera&rsquo;s AI automation platform &mdash; including scalable APIs, data pipelines, and integrations with enterprise systems.

 Core Development
