In this role, you will actively design and use agentic solutions to scale creative production. This includes:<ul><li>
Creating AI agents that can assist in generating variations of content based on platform, audience, or performance signals</li><li>
Building workflows where agents handle repetitive production steps, freeing up time for creative decision‑making</li><li>
Integrating tools that enable semi‑autonomous content iteration (e.g., testing hooks, thumbnails, cuts)</li><li>
Using AI to create feedback loops between performance data and creative output</li><li>
Exploring multi‑agent pipelines where ideation, editing, and optimization can happen in parallel</li></ul>

What We&rsquo;re Looking For</h2><ul><li>
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Illustrator</li><li>
Strong editorial background with a focus on short‑form and social‑first content</li><li>
Proven ability to create high‑volume, high‑quality content under tight timelines</li><li>
Hands‑on experience with AI tools for video, design, and content generation</li><li>
Familiarity with building or using automated workflows, scripts, or creative pipelines</li><li>
Deep understanding of platform‑native storytelling (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, etc.)</li><li>
Curiosity around emerging AI capabilities, especially agent‑based systems and automation</li><li>
Ability to balance experimentation with practical production needs</li><li>
Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">

The annual base salary for this position is expected to be between 80K - 90K USD In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for an annual performance-based bonus. Base salary is one component of Gen's total compensation package, which includes 401(k) match, health insurance options, disability coverage, life insurance, and unlimited paid time off. Actual salaries will vary based on a candidate&rsquo;s qualifications, experience, skills, and competencies related to the role.
