About the Position</h2>
The Senior Integrated Producer of the Lifestyle Group is a producer and team leader who manages some of Studio at People Inc.&rsquo;s most complex branded content campaigns. The Senior Producer runs large-scale programs, mentors producers, and ensures campaigns are delivered with authenticity and platform-native thinking.
This role is hands-on in production but elevated in responsibility: Senior Integrated Producers are trusted to own on-set client relationships, guide Integrated Producers, and lead campaigns across video, photo, print, social-first, and experiential formats. They translate bold creative ideas into executable production plans, always balancing creative ambition with operational and financial realities.

About The Positions Contributions:</h2>
Campaign Execution &mdash; 50%<ul><li>
Lead execution of large-scale integrated campaigns for the Lifestyle group.</li><li>

Build accurate production budgets, with the Line Producer, to identify cost efficiencies and establish realistic production assumptions during the proposal phase.</li><li>
Advise on formats, location, and executional approaches that strengthen the pitches while protecting delivery and margin.</li><li>
Identify production risks early and recommend solutions before campaigns are sold.</li></ul>
Team Development &mdash; 15%<ul><li>
Supervise and guide Integrated Producers and Video Creators, reviewing workstreams and deliverables to ensure quality and consistency.</li><li>
Delegate appropriately, coaching Integrated Producers to grow in client-facing and creative problem-solving skills.</li><li>
Serve as the first point of escalation for day-to-day production challenges before they reach the Executive Producer.</li></ul>

Share insights on platform trends, cultural shifts, and new storytelling formats that keep campaigns relevant.</li><li>

Education:<ul><li>

Pay Range
Salary: New York: $105,000.00 - $125,000.00
The pay range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position and may change in the future. Actual pay may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of People Inc's total compensation package for employees. Other compensation may include annual bonuses, and short- and long-term incentives. The ASPCA is seeking a multidisciplinary video producer that will develop, shoot, edit and optimize content for social media to bring our mission to save, transform and protect animals to life. This producer serves as a critical bridge between the Multimedia and Social Media teams, translating social strategy into compelling, social-first content that tells the ASPCA&rsquo;s story and engages our audiences. The ASPCA's Manager of Social Video Production will create short-form content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and LinkedIn by utilizing original footage and assets from the Multimedia team and organizational collaborators to tell stories, share information and drive social engagement.
The Manager of Social Video Production will be proficient in all aspects of production - from video ideation and coordinating shoot logistics, to independent camera and audio production, to meticulously organized edits and implementing motion graphics. Equally as important as their technical abilities, the ideal candidate will be a creative powerhouse eager to apply both innovative storytelling techniques for social audiences as well as traditional forms of video engagement.  Role Overview
 
 
 
 We're looking for a hybrid creator-and-coordinator to sit at the intersection of our social content engine and our influencer program. This role is equal parts hands-on maker and behind-the-scenes operator: you'll shoot and edit native content for our owned channels, and you'll run the day-to-day of our influencer and gifting program &mdash; casting, outreach, sending product, tracking performance, and building relationships with the creator community that already loves our brand.
 
 
 
 
 
 You're the person who can produce a scroll-stopping TikTok in the morning, brief a creator over lunch, and pull a performance report by end of day. You care as much about how a piece of content feels as how it performs.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 Social Content Creation

 Concept, shoot, and edit native content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Instagram Stories, Pinterest, and emerging platforms

 Required

 2&ndash;4 years of experience in social content creation, influencer marketing, or a hybrid role &mdash; ideally at a fashion brand or creator-led business
 </li>
 <li>
 A portfolio of native short-form video content you've personally shot and edited (please share links or reel in your application)
 </li>

 Fluency in TikTok and Instagram &mdash; you know what's trending before it peaks, and you understand platform-native language, pacing, and format
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience running an influencer or gifting program: outreach, briefs, contracts, tracking
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong project management instincts &mdash; you can juggle 10+ creator relationships and a content calendar without dropping details
 </li>

 Excellent written communication (creators, agents, and internal partners all get different tones from you)

As the Guardian embarks on an ambitious effort to reach new audiences and expand our visual journalism, we're seeking an accomplished, creative and strategic leader to oversee our US video team. The head of video will set the vision for the team in partnership with other newsroom leaders, recruit and develop staff, and play a central role in overseeing the Guardian's US video output, including shortform video, breaking news, and new shows for YouTube and other platforms. The right candidate will have experience building large, engaged audiences and experience with the YouTube ecosystem and algorithm. They may also be involved in developing investigations, features, series and documentaries. 
 
We're seeking a highly collaborative leader who can work with global colleagues to lead the Guardian's 24-7 video news operation during the US time zone, work with US desk heads and reporters to amplify the impact of our text journalism in video formats, develop reporters and newsroom talent for video and commission original video stories. They will also partner with the social and podcast team on video output.
Strong management skills and a deep understanding of the Guardian's editorial standards, values and journalistic approach are essential. Knowledge of the creator landscape and familiarity with strategies for video monetization are key. This role requires a leader with the vision to build a department over time and a hands-on maker who can jump in and support a small team with daily execution.
