</div><div>Makerb ench is a social-first content offering that matches UGC creators to brands, supporting channel and campaign strategy . A n understanding of current social platforms such as TikTok and Instagram is necessary.
The Social Content Producer will work closely with Social Executive Producer, A ccount and P roject M anagement teams to determine Makerbench needs. O nce intake is assessed, you will work with the account team to build out project scopes, producer staffing plan, and timelines based on target live date, deliverables, and client reviews.
</div><div>The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of production and post-production processes for digital and social-first content . You will work closely with our business affairs team to ensure content is appropriate and cleared for commercial use, as well as staying on top of Creator contracts while assisting with negotiations. You will work closely with supporting Producers overseeing various Makerb ench -led workstreams to ensure timelines are being met, and executions are running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

 About The Role
 
 
 
 The Harry&rsquo;s social team is adding a creative producer and Internet creature (complimentary) to make Harry&rsquo;s one of the most relevant and entertaining brands online. You&rsquo;ll write briefs, build campaigns, and work with both internal creative and external production partners to concept and produce social-first content.
 
 
 You&rsquo;ll collaborate closely with the Head of Social and the rest of the team to produce content that connects brand and product storytelling with cultural trends and creators.
 
 
 What you&rsquo;ll do
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Brief projects for both internal and external creative partners
 </li>
 <li>
 Produce high-quality short-form video and photo content for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
 </li>
 <li>
 Translate cultural moments, product launches, and creator partnerships into quick-turn brand content worthy of people&rsquo;s time
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with our internal teams to concept and execute social campaigns&mdash;from product launches to major brand moments
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay on trends, audio, and formats to keep Harry&rsquo;s at the forefront of social creativity
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Brand, and Comms teams to maintain brand consistency and voice

 Manage external resources (production studios, creators, etc.) as needed to create and scale content

 Who you are

 You have 3&ndash;5 years of experience in social content creation, ideally for a brand or media company

 A deep understanding of the cultures (and subcultures) on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube keep you ahead of everyone else&mdash;you know what&rsquo;s happening, why, and how to make the most of trends and moments to delight our audience

 You are scrappy when needed, and can produce, edit, and create in a pinch

 You are equal parts creative storyteller and executor&mdash;you bring ideas and make them happen

That said, our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of our total rewards package, which also includes a comprehensive set of benefits and our equity program. The base salary hiring range for this position is $91,600-$114,500, but the final compensation offer will ultimately be based on the candidate&rsquo;s location, skill level and experience.
