 Overview
 
 
 
 We&rsquo;re looking for an Account Coordinator to join Allison&rsquo;s fast-moving, ideas-driven US Communications Practice . This is an entry level position where you&rsquo;ll have the opportunity to learn more about the PR industry and best practices in client service, media relations and content development.
 
 
 Y ou will be responsible for developing curated media lists of reporters that cover client and industry-specific news, issues and announcements, while also conducting regular news monitoring to share trending stories the account team can leverage for clients. You will also develop influencer and media relationships, pitch media to secure press opportunities, track coverage, and support overall account management and administration with weekly meeting agendas, action items and reports.

Position Summary

Reporting directly to the Nurse Manager, the Clinical Coordinator III (Registered Nurse III) assists healthcare providers with patient care, health education/promotion, electronic medical record (EMR) chart management, coordination of patient care, and clinical protocols as needed.

<li>Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing or equivalent of education, training, and experience.</li>
<li>A minimum of 4 years of related experience. Clinical rotation experience associated with BSN degree programs will be applied toward related experience requirements.</li>
<li>An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.</li>
<li>Current and unrestricted New York State RN license.</li>
<li>Basic Life Support certified.</li>
<li>Ability to work indoors in an environmentally-controlled environment with a degree of dust, noise, odors, etc., without undue discomfort.</li>
<li>Ability to perform sedentary work that primarily involves sitting or standing for long periods of time.</li>
<li>Travel between clinical sites may be required depending on need.</li>
<li>Duties performed routinely require exposure to blood, bodily fluid, and tissue. Incumbent in expected to perform and/or/assist in emergency care and/or first aid as needed.</li>
<li>Ability to work collaboratively with a culturally diverse staff and patient/family population demonstrating tact, respect, and sensitivity.</li>
<li>Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse audience of peers, management and other stakeholders. Must have highly developed interpersonal skills and ability to deescalate stressful situations.</li>
<li>Must be an engaged and positive team member demonstrating collaboration, inclusion, reliability, punctuality, and adaptability to new and changing situations including helping peers adapt to new situations.</li>
<li>Strong proficiency in computer skills including, but not limited to, Electronic Health Systems, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Email systems, etc.</li>
<li>Must be a motivated individual with a positive mindset and exceptional work ethic.</li>
<li>Must successfully complete systems training requirements.</li>
<li>It is expected that NST certification will be obtained within six (6) months of hire date.</li>

Preferred Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Physician practice experience preferred.</li>
<li>2 years outpatient OB/GYN clinical experience.</li>
<li>2 years of related supervisory experience.</li>
<li>Advanced Life Support certified.</li>
