<b>Responsibilities:</b>
</p><ul><li><p>Manage end to end recruitment activity including, stakeholder engagement, research, candidate identification, screening, longlist/shortlist, assessment, offer management and onboarding.</p>
</li><li><p>Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) to deliver senior talent to the business.</p>
</li><li><p>Serve as a point of contact with Human Resources (HR), Talent Acquisition and Compensation partners to effectively onboard senior talent.</p>
