   Own scheduling logistics across all teams and time zones &mdash; ensuring interviews are confirmed accurately and both candidates and interviewers have all necessary details.

   Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to manage complex scheduling, proactively flag conflicts, and communicate updates clearly and promptly.
  </li>
  <li>
   Leverage Ashby for scheduling, tracking, and analytics &mdash; automating workflows where possible to improve efficiency and maintain a consistent candidate experience.
  </li>

   Track and report recruiting metrics to keep the hiring team informed and identify opportunities to optimize the recruiting process.
  </li>
  <li>
   Drive recruiting enablement, including maintaining documentation, helping with trainings, and fielding ad hoc requests.

   Build strong partnerships with recruiters and hiring managers to anticipate scheduling or process challenges and resolve them before they become blockers.

   Demonstrated sourcing experience and expertise resulting in talent pipeline development
  </li>
  <li>
   Proven experience developing and maintaining relationships with candidates while assessing their profiles against role requirements
  </li>
  <li>
   Prior experience with TA-specific technologies such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, SuccessFactors ATS, etc.
