 At rednote, we are looking for an exceptional Talent Acquisition Partner to help us build our founding team in the Bay Area and New York.
 
 
 
 
 
 The ideal candidate is someone who is excited by the challenge of bringing in extraordinary people &mdash; individuals who are not only top performers, but who also want to be part of an ambitious and meaningful journey. This role is for someone who sees recruiting as both intuitive craft and analytical depth: understanding talent meaningfully, identifying exceptional potential, and helping the right people join at the right moment.
 
 
 You will work closely with business and leadership teams to define talent priorities, map the market, engage high-caliber candidates, and build the kind of team that can scale with both excellence and heart.

 You will be a founding HR partner &mdash; helping shape the team, culture, and talent bar of rednote as we build a cross-cultural online community.
