 About You:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally with exposure across GTM / commercial roles (BD, Sales, Client Success, Account Management, Marketing, Partnerships, or similar) and/or technical roles (Software Engineering, or similar).
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated ability to own a high-volume, high-complexity recruiting lane independently, without heavy day-to-day oversight.
 </li>
 <li>
 AI-fluent: You've leveraged AI tools in previous recruiting roles to streamline workflows, accelerate sourcing, and improve hiring outcomes, and you're always experimenting with what's next.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong stakeholder management skills: able to push back, advise, and influence hiring managers with data and market insight, not just execute requests.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience using an ATS as the system of record for all recruiting activity.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track record of rigorous candidate assessment: structured screens, clear evaluation criteria, and high-bar hiring decisions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent written and verbal communication: able to write compelling outreach, clear pipeline summaries, and constructive debrief feedback.
