Key Responsibilities<ul><li> 
Manage advisor recruiting pipeline by leveraging team resources, implementing best practices and activity. Maintain accurate and timely candidate records in recruiting contact management system and report accurately on results. Communicate advisor recruiting status and results effectively to internal and external audiences. Answer advisor questions and resolve issues as needed.</li><li>
Communicate Ameriprise value proposition through brokerage knowledge and expertise effectively to prospective advisors. (i.e., overcome objections, provide clarifying information, etc.). Evaluate advisor practices to ensure portability of assets and compliance with company hiring standards.</li><li>
Create a consistent, high volume flow of qualified candidates through various sources including referrals from online tools, networking with local wholesalers in the region, and firm marketing/advertising through industry publications. Build centers of influence to promote advisor referral opportunities with existing franchise advisors and other field staff to develop local recruiting sources.</li><li>
Build and maintain strong partnerships between corporate partners, field leaders and advisors to achieve recruiting goals aligned with business strategies. Set expectations with advisors and field leaders around recruiting process. Extensive phone work is instrumental to success in the role.</li><li>
Demonstrate and maintain a strong fundamental knowledge of products, process and capabilities for broker dealer. Maintain current industry competitive intelligence, benchmarking and analysis.</li></ul> 
Required Qualifications<ul><li> 
Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent (4-years)</li><li>
Experience: 7-10 years of relevant experience.</li><li>
Post-secondary education and relevant work experience may be interchanged to meet the combined total years of minimum required qualifications for</li><li>
education and experience.</li><li>
Proven understanding of products, process and capabilities for broker dealer.</li><li>
Experienced in recruiting efforts within the financial services industry.</li><li>
Proven success in driving results and managing multiple priorities effectively.</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to work independently; viewed as effective and trusted business partner with field leadership and internal partners.</li><li>
Outstanding relationship management, negotiation, collaboration and influencing skills.</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to assess readiness and to coach and develop others.</li><li>
Strong analytical skills, detail orientation, tracking and follow-up.</li><li>
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>

Base Pay Salary</div></div></div></div></div></div></div>
The estimated base salary for this role is $100,000/ year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.  THE ROLE
 
 
 
 The Human Resources Specialist is a key member of the HR team, responsible for delivering high-touch employee support, owning critical HR activities, and ensuring the integrity of core systems, programs, and communications.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Primary Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>

 Serve as first point of contact for employee inquiries related to general HR activities providing high-touch, solutions-oriented support with discretion and care
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee personnel data integrity and systems accuracy, including employee information, reporting, employee records, consultant tracking, and compliance documentation
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure timely personnel data changes and recordkeeping across multiple systems including, but not limited to promotions, supervisor changes, compensation changes, job title adjustments
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accuracy of organizational charts and reporting structures
 </li>
 <li>
 Support employee onboarding and offboarding logistics in partnership with cross-functional teams (Talent Acquisition, IT, Office Operations, Finance), ensuring a seamless employee experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Support employee relations matters including but not limited to investigations and corrective action documentation
 </li>
 <li>
 Support execution of cyclical programs such as performance management, open enrollment, engagement initiatives, and training sessions
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure internal communications is properly coordinated by preparing relevant internal memos, company-wide communications, and policy rollout materials
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with internal stakeholders on data tracking, report generation, and presentation prep for leadership and strategic HR projects
 </li>
 <li>
 Proactively surface risks, ensure compliance, and escalate issues appropriately
 </li>
 <li>
 Support any other ad hoc HR activities
 </li>

 THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive HR experience (payroll, employee relations, operations), ideally within fashion, retail, or hospitality
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a high degree of professionalism and discretion
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced, hands-on, and service-oriented setting
 </li>
 <li>
 Highly organized with sharp attention to detail and consistent follow-through
 </li>

 Technically proficient, with experience using HRIS systems, payroll platforms, Microsoft Office, and calendar management tools
