The Talent Coordinator will assist in all aspects of human resources, supporting the department in everything related to our people strategy, from recruitment &amp; talent acquisition, people operations, engagement &amp; relations, learning &amp; development, and KPIs/analytics. <li>Support all talent acquisition initiatives, pro-actively helping execute recruitment strategies, utilizing social media, utilizing brand assets to attract and retain talent</li>
<li>Help Managers recruit, screen, interview candidates, and provide direction on candidate selection.</li>
<li>Support senior management in the strategic recruitment planning current and future hiring needs as the organization scales to grow</li>
<li>Support adherence to local HR recruiting processes and ensure compliance with local legislation &amp; guidelines</li>

<div></div><div>QUALIFICATIONS:</div>
<ul><li>1-3 years HR experience in a generalist setting</li>
<li>College degree or equivalent work experience preferred</li>
<li>High EQ and experience working with sensitive matters and data with comportment and care</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal skills with a proven track record in effective communication with prior experience presenting</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail with the ability to work on multiple projects at a time</li>
<li>Ability to work with multiple team members, stakeholders and leaders comfortably</li>
<li>Proven track record of working in fast-paced and dynamic environments</li>
<li>Proficient in various computer programs, software, and applications, particularly different ATS and HRIS systems</li>
