What you will be doing:

Qualifications 
Candidate must possess a minimum of one year of hotel experience, with luxury hotel background preferred in primary market. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, demonstrates an outgoing, spirited personality with exceptional written and verbal communication skills and a desire to meet and exceed expectations. Candidate must be organized and demonstrate team player attitude in assisting with additional projects or requests as needed.
Some schedule flexibility will be requested at high demand times, however this is a Monday &ndash; Friday position.
Front desk experience preferred.

Breaking Ground's programs and services help people experiencing street homelessness - especially those who have been on the streets the longest - to come indoors. Reporting to the Assistant Program Director, Transitional Housing the Clinical Coordinator, Transitional Housing supervises Case Managers and ensures the utilization of Harm Reduction and Housing First strategies and other best-practice clinical interventions to ensure the highest quality care for clients. The Clinical Coordinator is responsible for client records are kept in compliance with regulatory and agency standards.
 The Clinical Coordinator works primarily during business hours Monday-Friday, with off hours availability in case of emergency or for special projects/initiatives.
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Pipeline Generation - Own top-of-funnel sourcing for senior, staff, and principal product, design, and engineering roles. Build creative outbound campaigns, leverage networks, and develop unique angles to reach top-tier talent.

 Full-Cycle Recruiting - Manage the entire candidate journey from first touch to close: screening, interview coordination, debriefs, offer construction, and onboarding. Ensure every candidate has a high-signal and delightful experience; even the ones we don't hire.

 <li>
 Hiring Manager Partnership - Partner with engineering leaders to define role profiles, calibrate scorecards, and build a shared model of what great looks like. Bring market intelligence, candidate signal, and process discipline to every search.

 <li>
 Process &amp; Systems - Build and maintain the operational backbone of technical hiring: ATS hygiene, structured interview kits, scorecards, reporting, and recurring hiring rituals (pipeline reviews, debriefs, calibration sessions) that scale as the team grows

 Brand &amp; Storytelling - You're the first Moment most candidates experience. How you frame what we're building decides whether the best ones take the next call; own the story and sharpen it constantly.
