What you will be doing:
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Marketing Manager. Working as the primary liaison between the hotel and our group partners and planners, you will communicate professionally and respond via phone and emails in timely manner. Preparing VIP amenities, managing booking links, reservation changes and ensuring on time payment are key aspects of this position, along with greeting clients on site and ensuring overall success of their experience, along with the Sales Manager, is paramount. This position may also include supporting the Director of Sales and Marketing with general office administration, light marketing projects, vendor management, and preparation of purchase orders, corporate office requests and community partner communication, along with light support of the business travel team.
Creative &amp; Graphic Assets Development<ul><li>
Support the design, production, and execution of both digital and printed marketing collateral, including:<ul><li>
In-house brand materials, collateral, and property signage</li><li>
Video signage and property displays</li><li>
Promotional posters and flyers</li><li>
Food &amp; beverage menus</li><li>
Visual assets for special activations and property events</li></ul></li></ul>
Brand Standards Oversight: Ensure all printed and digital materials, guest communications, and property signage adhere strictly to brand guidelines and visual standards.
Social Media &amp; Content Coordination<ul><li>
Assist the external social media agency with content creation ideas, editorial planning, and prompt review of draft posts to ensure alignment with brand standards.</li><li>
Photo &amp; Video Shoots Logistics: Assist with on-site coordination for photoshoots and video productions across property outlets and rooms.</li></ul>
Influencer &amp; Partnership Management<ul><li>
Coordinate influencer stays managing itineraries, stays, and on-property logistics to maximize brand exposure.</li></ul>
Web &amp; Digital Platforms Maintenance<ul><li>
Assist with regular updates and content management across brand and group web platforms, ensuring information, offers, and visual assets are accurate and up to date.</li></ul> 

Qualifications 
Candidate must possess a minimum of one year of hotel experience, with luxury hotel background preferred in primary market. Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Excel required and additional experience in Delphi, Opera and Cvent preferred. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, demonstrates an outgoing, spirited personality with exceptional written and verbal communication skills and a desire to meet and exceed expectations. Candidate must be organized and demonstrate team player attitude in assisting with additional projects or requests as needed.
Some schedule flexibility will be requested at high demand times, however this is a Monday &ndash; Friday position.
Front desk experience preferred.
Second language desirable.

<div>The Whitney Museum Access Programs team seeks D/deaf candidates for the role of Whitney Signs Hosts. Hosts provide support in ASL to attendees of the Whitney Signs program. 
 
Whitney Signs tours enable visitors to experience the Whitney&rsquo;s world-renowned collection of modern and contemporary American art in American Sign Language (ASL). On Whitney Signs tours, a Deaf educator leads a gallery tour in ASL. Whitney Signs takes place each month and are always accompanied by a free wine and cheese reception. Hosts support all aspects of the program. 
 
ASL interpretation is not provided for program attendees but will be present to assist with communication with Whitney Education staff. 
 
Whitney Signs is organized by the Whitney&rsquo;s Access Programs and Initiatives team. 
 
Responsibilities<ul><li>
Stand in the lobby to direct Whitney Signs registrants to the correct place</li><li>
Assist with program registration issues/questions</li><li>
Help with setting up food and refreshments for wine and cheese reception</li><li>
Accompany tour to the galleries and assist educator with crowd management and conversation facilitation</li><li>
Make sure all attendees leave the building by 6pm</li><li>
Assist Whitney Access team with clean up and storing leftover food
</li><li>Collaborate with other Whitney Signs Hosts to divide responsibilities

Pay Structure 
This is a freelance contractor role that pays $50 per hour for Whitney Signs days, and $30 per hour for meetings.

Whitney Signs primarily happens on the first Saturday of every month (besides holiday weekends) 
From 3 &ndash; 6pm. 
Whitney Signs Hosts are required to be present from 2:30 &ndash; 6:30pm to support the program; Hosts must be available to work at least six Whitney Signs sessions per year.

Project manage the production and delivery of digital lot essays on Christies.com.</li><li>
Select comparative, engaging images to accompany the lot essays, partnering with the copyright team to ensure illustrations are sourced and copyright permissions cleared ahead of print and online publishing deadlines.</li><li>
