We are looking for an Account Strategy Director to join our growing team. This person will drive the growth and retention of a defined set of high-value Priority Accounts, owning the full account strategy across the sales cycle and partnering closely with Sales, Client Service, Sight, and Strategy to deliver clear, actionable plans that move client business forward. Minimum Qualifications<ul><li>

Minimum of 15 years of experience in design, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a large or renowned design firm.</li><li>
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and decisions effectively to clients and teams.</li><li>
